I wonder if Howie kicks the tires a bit of the Cardinals release him.  Can't see them taking on that contract but I'm not sure anyone else wants it either based on how he hasn't been traded for yet so I think the Cardinals are looking at a post June 1st cut situation.

3 with Carter.  4 with McKee.  5 with Book.  6 with the guy that almost fell asleep on my shoulder at the Jags game this past season.

None of them is as good as Trey Sermon, who had 100% accuracy in college.   I imagine the random troll will be here shortly to suggest playing Carter in the backfield.

Is he eligible to be an NFL broadcaster as a team owner?  Shouldn’t be.

OH, OK.

What "camp”?  OTAs don’t start until 5/30 and he wasn’t invited to rookie camp. Does he mean Phase 2?

Dhop on a team friendly, I want to win a Super Bowl now contract would be enticing.

Would he play slot here or WR2?

FOX said it doesn’t affect their contract with him. I think it just means he can’t broadcast raider games

Yeah, tiebreakers, division opponents, etc. don’t matter.  Allowing an owner to do national broadcasts is worse than a player doing a parlay on the NFL draft, IMHO.  Would love to see what Roger does when "GM” Jerry Jones cuts a deal with a sports book or bets a bunch of Texas BBQ versus Cheesesteaks in a game against the Eagles.

It should be called the Reddick Rule.

Or "The Chronicles of Reddick"

He shouldn’t be allowed to broadcast any games which feature any future Raiders opponent during the same season.  If I were a team exec I wouldn’t allow him into the facility to view practices, team meetings, etc.

Nobody should be allowed to forget that Brady is a proven cheater at almost the worst level possible

How long before the league caves to the pressure and declares the 49ers the rightful victors of the NFC Championship Game? It’s only fair after all.

Haven't been on here as much recently, has anyone started the yearly tradition of suggesting we sign Desean yet to return punts yet?

Lol, the guy who couldn't beat out Josh Johnson for a roster spot obviously would have torched us.

If you go on his wiki page, since turning pro, his list of teams he belonged to by year outnumbers years played by a significant amount

Lurie botched that one.

Quote

If you have a Raiders-Chargers game in Las Vegas scheduled for a Thursday and all of the fans driving from Los Angeles – the Raiders fans and all three Chargers fans – buy their tickets and book their hotels, how in the hell do you schedule it and now say, ‘Sorry, it’s now on Sunday?’ How in the hell do you do that?

Gross. Just needed one more "no"

Cool from a historic perspective but that draft is going to suck for anyone actually going

Can’t wait to win the SB there.

So with this new TNF flex being only Weeks 13 to 17, Eagles schedule is:

Week 13: vs 49ers 4:25 (49ers Week 12 is TNF, doubt they do back to back weeks)

Week 14: @ Dallas 8:20 SNF (locked, not moving)

Week 15: @ Seattle  (possible flex, but would really screw the Eagles)

Week 16: vs NYG 4:30 MNF (locked, Christmas game)

Week 17: vs Cardinals 1:00 (not moving, no one wants to see this garbage)

Looks like only possible flex would be Seattle and if they make the Eagles play in Dallas on SNF and then travel to Seattle for a short week Thursday game, it would be really unfair.

Draft prospects thinking they're going day 1 only to freeze until day 2 lol

There is some precedence for this. In the 2000’s, Magic Johnson was an NBA commentator for TNT while owning minority stakes in the Lakers

Shaq owns a minority stake in the Kings as well.
