I know you can sue the person who accused you but I wonder if you can sue the county DA that charged you? Not personally because they are protected from that, but the office itself.

Not likely.  Absent prosecutorial misconduct, the government is probably immune under the state’s version of governmental function immunity.

Duke lacrosse scandal was an example of suing the DA...but like you said, they could prove he acted with malice.

Didn't that DA end up with criminal charges as well?

Which of the Johnsons, T Robinson or Okafor will the Eagles cut to make room for Sills?

Don’t need to, they were sitting at 89.

I think Okorafor is the first to go though.

What position will Sills play? All over?

Is that the $130 one? First time I’ve seen someone actually wearing it. Looks good and looks like it has a nice fit to it

How is Eric Berry even in the conversation? He was good for a short time but always more of "what if” story.

Feel the same about Jamal Charles. He had about 3 years where we remembered his name, but beyond that he’s not even remotely close.

Julius Peppers is my only first ballot this class. He played 17 seasons and only twice did he not record at least 7 sacks. That’s impossible

Good player, just not close to a HOFamer.

Peppers and Gates are clear-cut for me.

I guess he belongs in the 3 all pro, 5 pro bowl, won nothing  HoF with Boselli.  Neither belong but we have an Edge James hall now.

Terrell Davis had a short career but he was what defined the NFL in those 3 big years. No idea how someone sees Boselli or Berry and thinks HoF.

Change the last name to Allen and now we're talking. He's going to have to go in on the senior level or whatever it is soon enough no?

Ngata is HoVG to me but he also belongs in a low-bar Boselli HoF.

I can't help but think we'll get a better idea on LBs and S once the games start - new scheme for both positions and not a lot of experience there. Gonna be some growing pains, etc

What are we even doing putting his name out there? The HOF needs to do a hard reset on what they consider a HOF player to be IMO. It's beginning to look like the Hall of Very Good Players that Retired 5 Years Ago.

Eric Berry only played in 89 career games. Played a full 16 only 4 out of 9 seasons. Career high was 4 INTs twice (14 total), only 4 FF, 2 FR and 5.5 his entire career. The best thing EB did was return turnovers for TDs which he had 5.

Hell, Mike Zordich had 20 INT, 6 FF, 1 FR, 4 TD and 6 sacks.  Our old pal Michael Lewis had 12 INT and 14 FF and 9 FR. Is he HOF?

Damon Moore, who I thought was going to be the next big thing pre-injury, only played in 54 games. He had 6 INT, 2 FF, 3 FR and 1 TD. Not too shabby for only playing 3 full seasons.

I can't remember the last Eagles rookie who got the love and hype that Nolan is getting.

And this is in a draft where we drafted the consensus #1 player in the draft.

Sadly it's just the way it is now.  It's almost as if they are shrinking the criteria needed to get in.  It's not just NFL either as the NBA is also putting guys in that don't really belong.

Devonta Smith, DeSean Jackson, Trent Cole, Jason Kelce.

At this stage of their careers? None of those four got the praise or adulation that Nolan is getting.

It is daily and non-stop.

Man, what's wrong with me. Kay Adams just looks trashy anymore, even though she looks good. She was so much more attractive to me before she hit it big with her own show. You could see her transforming from the really, really cute girl next door to close your eyes and pick your Insta Gram girl out of a hat. I also just feel like she's been run through by half the league too.

I remember when she used to bartend back at Mizzou when I was going to school. She was so hot...

Is there anyway he gets out of his contract or do we have to wait?

Gates is getting in, just not sure if he’s a first ballot.
