Stupid rule.  DH should be able to play a position without making the pitcher hit.   If you are going to have a DH and not have pitchers hit, then just lean into it.  I hate the DH, but what is the point of this rule?

Starting pitching this series has been bad. Nola, Sanchez and now walker. Walker since May 7th had a 3.07 era. But i tend to think he has a dead arm. Last couple starts his velocity is down so needs to just get through it.

Yeah i think helps walker and nola. I wonder if it will screw with Sanchez cause he was in a rhythm and he just looked bad yesterday with the extra day. Some guys are routine and when you mess with it they just get slightly off 

been a while since schwarber got ahold of one. Had been batting .078 in his last 16. Phillies are starting to hit the long ball which is a great sign.

Greinke having to bat in the middle of the lineup might help keep the Royals from getting to double digits... either way, need Walker and maybe Covey to eat some innings today.

If they can get walker to 5 it would be a win so you don’t deplete the pen. Don’t have a day off til august 14th. Got Suarez tomorrow vs. nats. Hoping he doesn’t have the walk issue he’s had of late.

He settled in last inning.  Might be able to squeeze 6 out of him... all comes down to how he does next inning.

He has had a trend lately has been struggled early in the game (usually 1st 2 innings) then settled down and is pretty solid.

It’s just so weird that in a QB-starved league he’s out her panhandling for a job. There are some bad backup QBs out there, and he’d be a pretty good upgrade on most.
