Not valuing LB much is smart, but man they take it to an extreme. Hopefully they make a trade for one before the season.

I don't get the Cunningham signing, I mean he's been a back up the last few years and I'm not sure how much he contributes on teams or is willing on teams.

Seems like there are other guys on the roster, younger cheaper options that can fill the same role Cunningham would.

I like the jack signing, he'll push for playing time at both Off ball and OLB and he'll easily have the most experience of any LB on the roster.

Jack can also play some RB when Penny gets hurt. 

If Cunningham could cover at all I'd say great signing. Would be nice to get that kind of length at LB to offset Dean's lack of it.

Book on Jack seems to be he's a good player until he gets nicked up, which happens most years. I guess there's an outside chance he's rejuvenated with how the Eagles approach injuries..

Still think the week 1 starter next to Dean isn't currently on the team.

I don’t think it’s smart to not value backer  , you need talent at every level , versatile ones too

Maybe Steen can learn to play C? or it's back to the draft board for yet another Kelce replacement.

I think he moves to center regardless. Center is a harder position to find studs at, so I think they'll look at RG as a position they can find someone else to fill the role.

I have a hard time seeing him be the permanent RG long term. Even if he makes it work, he should be that much better at C once Kelce is gone. 

Dickerson has always had the body better projected for G too.

Is a stud C or G better? They have mentioned how smart Cam is too. Wouldn't you want that at C? 

My optimistic outlook on the LB moves is that Dean is still good, as expected. And the moves were more about being done with Davion Taylor, and maybe either Morrow underwhelming, or Dean's injury just to get another body in here for the pre-season game.

I can see it shaking out with Dean and Nolan Smith as the 2 starting off ball backers, with Morrow and one of Jack or Cunningham backing them up.

 

I also suspect the best LB is still on the market and for some reason we didnt even sniff him. Dion Jones should have been brought in today.
