I don't even know which one is #2.  There have been so many of these since 1978.

The Vick comeback.  Maybe it's not #2.  Is #2 the Westbrook return?

I thought Westbrook was #2.  Vick #3.  And the Desean return is #4 (the one up the sideline with the congo line behind him).

Aren't Vick and DJack the same game?

Eldra Buckley!  There's a name.

Vick, DJack, Maclin and Shady...ridiculous offensive talent.

Quick dubbed the comeback capped off by DJax’s return as the Miracle at the Meadowlands number 2.

Yes, he did.   I dubbed the Westbrook game as #2.  They were losing that game if not for the Westbrook return.  The offense did nothing the whole game.

I think 2 is the Clyde Simmons pick up of a blocked FG for a TD. Westbrook punt return is 3, and the DJack return is 4, or Miracle at the New Meadowlands.

That Giants defense had a lot of players I liked as individual players in college but man I hated that they went to the Giants.  Kenny Phillips, Justin Tuck, Antrel Rolle.  They are like the Cowboys in the way they draft freak, long athletes on defense.  The Eli era defense had some studs.

That’s my sequencing interpretation as well. Incidentally, I’m not sure that the Simmons touchdown would hold up to instant replay scrutiny these days. The recovery was behind the line, so there’s no question it was good with regards to that, but it sure looks as hell like he was in the process of fumbling the ball as he extended for the goal line. It’s possible we recovered it anyway, but I can’t recall if it may have been out of bounds as well, which means it would be a touchback.

But yeah, we sure had some great games up there.

The 20 different replays of all these different angles and focusing on different players after that return is so good.  DeSean knew he was taking it back before that punt too.  Nothing but confidence as he was back there waiting during the timeput.

Not sure how I forgot that one!  Great moment for us in that rivalry.

Who is this guy? He continues to speak like he has access to the team or he's quoting Eagles sources without acknowledgement.

So... the players he's familiar with made him less comfortable... or are they holding him accountable?

I don't know what this guy means... any interpretation available?

I think it means Carter is making other guys comfortable,  as in approachable, friendly, fun to be around,  involved,  fitting in well with the culture.

Yeah and they were filming driving together so obviously they don’t get along.   The person he was talking to was probably a friend of his cousin who is a beer seller at the Linc.  It was confirmed by that guy’s brother in law who cuts the Eagles Steve Jones’ grass. (BTW, I hope the Eagles vetted this Jones guy in depth.  Something about the name bugs me.)

That one was several years before I started following the game. I think that happened sometime between 88 and 90 and I started watching in 92. Just one of those things you learn about later on.

He means that Jalen is making his former teammates more comfortable within the Eagles lockerroom, not that they are making him more comfortable.

DHop to the Eagles?

Oh, I lived through it.  Merrill's call on that play was amazing.  But... my memory is getting shorter as my years get longer.

No

The longer it goes on the more in play it becomes especially with how he named Jalen as one of the shortlist of QBs he'd like to play with.

I feel we definitely need some outside WR depth...but DHop is not a choice I would make.
