Say what you want but the offense looks drastically better with McKee under center. (Vs what it looked like with Mariota).

And…the only other thing worth mentioning…Mariota’s $$$ is guaranteed and he’ll be the first off the bench in the even of disaster, but I’d have a very quick hook to McKee, who I honestly think would give them a better chance to win.

I loved the pick. He’s the definition of a freak of nature with his size/speed. The downside was low — you knew at the worst he would be a pro bowl level run stuffer. And the upside was there for him to be an absolute wrecking ball if he learned to pass rush.

Personally I think he’ll end up being a 4-5 sack DT, which is pretty good on a team that rotates so much and is primarily using him as a run stuffer.

Keep him for 2 years then get a 1st an a 3rd for him.

Tanner McKee is who a lot of people wanted Carson Strong to be.

I'm too lazy to look this up but are there statistics on how much those injuries have increased over the years? I bet you're right though. Players just keep getting bigger stronger and faster.
