Embarrassing tackling by the Eagles there.

That looked like a Benny Hill skit.

KJ Hamler is still out there. Can’t go wrong with a James Franklin product.

Probably could go wrong bringing in a guy that stepped away with a heart issue.

Is there two 39’s?

Yes.  Ricks on defense.  Cain on offense.

Pretty awesome play by Mond

I loved the pick. He’s the definition of a freak of nature with his size/speed. The downside was low — you knew at the worst he would be a pro bowl level run stuffer. And the upside was there for him to be an absolute wrecking ball if he learned to pass rush.

Personally I think he’ll end up being a 4-5 sack DT, which is pretty good on a team that rotates so much and is primarily using him as a run stuffer.

Also DTs take time to develop. He will get more opportunities this season and I think will prove to be more disruptive as he gets more experience.

yes, which is not fair to people approaching Natty Light #10

Tanner McKee is who a lot of people wanted Carson Strong to be.

Pretty much.

Ojomo is in shock.

Yeah, but Mond is a better runner.

Every series someone falls into a roster spot it seems. This is good for Street I guess. Ojomo is one of my favorite bubble guys.

I'm too lazy to look this up but are there statistics on how much those injuries have increased over the years? I bet you're right though. Players just keep getting bigger stronger and faster.

I'm not advocating the idea. It just popped in my head when our guy landed bad there. I think in dumb speak, the more athletic players get the higher the potential for serious injury and long term over time injury. Advancement in equipment can help. Rule changes can too, but at a point its either football or its not.

Crazy night.  Ojomo's head went to the side 90 degrees with force.

Same guy. Carson Strong never left. Howie fooled people with the faked draft pick.

The terrible tackling led to Ojomo getting knocked out.
