Fantastic comeback. Not only are you the Rain Man, you’re also Pee Wee Herman…I know you are, but what am I? You’re clown shoes, bro. You have zero insight and provide next to nothing of value. Your only purpose for being on this board is for being mocked. You have a Ridiculous Ahole Score of 11.

You are completely useless.

The roster bubble players I've been hyping are the players who have been playing the best.

The basic data analysis I'm been doing,  finding the top ras players, and then watching them do great,  is useful.   What you're doing is not.

The Eagles have been occasionally picking up the udfas I'm been banging the table for.  I was banging the table for Tyree on a different message board.  I requested VanSumeren here on day 3 as a udfa.

You do nothing of use.  Memes and chitterchat.

I'm not sure what you are getting at ?

Stoll is going to be TE 2 coaches really like his blocking in the run game And pass game,

When they go 3 wide Quez will be the 3rd, he offers speed in the outside and from the slot and he's proven he can take the top off the defense

OZ will be the fourth, he's also pretty fast but he's small so he's not going to be much of a perimeter threat and never has been, he's a between tbe hashes get out in space guy.

5th WR will most likely be covey strictly for PR, I don't expect he sees many Offensive snaps nor should he.

At TE it depends on what one is trying to accomplish, both calcaterra and tyree are more move, flex TEs than they are in line blocking guys.

At WR 6 I assume they are looking for a big X to fill the enforcer role like pascal did last year.

Ngata or haselwood for that role but Tyree and Grant are both better TEs than Ngata is a WR and I assume Tyree or Grant could both fill that role as split out enforcer like pascal did

Have no said that with the addition of swift maybe the offense moves away from. Those kinds of pass sets and Instead focuses on swift as a pass target.

Either way I don't see tyree starting at TE2, Stoll is a better blocker a skill which the coaches and me as well really value at that position.

One of the reasons eagles moved away from ertz is because he was no longer a better receiver than goedert but ertz was also a really bad blocker and having two good run blockers in 12 petsonell keeps defenses more honest.

Stoll is no world beater as a receiver but he's a better receiver at TE than ertz was as a blocker, which keeps the D just honest enough.

Stoll is a far better blocker than Tyree.

If tyree makes the roster I imagine he'll be used the same way Calcaterra was last year, which was sparingly as a move TE.

If one wants a more in line blocker at TE 3 more than a flex receiver type then you keep Arnold or Russell.

I don't think that's what the coaches are looking for though.

Like I said I guess we'll find out in a few days.

Your wasting your time typing all that, have to remember who your going back and forth with. Should be a one comment then done with the convo.

I think Ricks is the only bottom of the roster guy that might prove to be something eventually. Not really impressed with anyone else that played last night besides him and McKee. Madox-Williams deserves a shout out for coming in for a week and making plays. I know nothing about the guy but I'm guessing he doesn't have much long term potential and is more of a third preseason try hard guy.

I'm more interested in who we claim or bring in after cuts.

Don't read too much into exhibition games, Siri puts more stock into the joint practices, and they've watched these guys in practice for a month.

Though having our scrubs against the Colt starters in the first half was a good way to expose TC stars, McKee looked darn good given a shaky OL and WRs who couldn't get separation to save their lives. Ngata can only play slot, lacks the speed to play outside, for example. Sermon was meh, and so on.

Eagles are going to lose a half dozen players on the waiver wire, hopefully Howie can pick up a couple late round draft picks.

These guys were healthy and didn't dress...they are making the team.

Hurts, Swift, Penny, Gainwell, Scott, Brown, Smith, Zaccheaus, Goedert, Stoll, Calcaterra, Mailata, Dickerson, Kelce, Jurgens, Johnson,  Driscoll, Opeta, Sweat, Graham,  Smith, Barnett, Cox, Carter, Davis, Williams, Tuipulotu, Street, Dean, Cunningham, Slay, Bradberry, Maddox, Jobe, Blankenship.  That's 35.

Add in Reddick, Ojomo, Watkins, and Covey (who were injured), and you get 39.

Now add in Mariota, McKee, Steen, Fred Johnson, Ringo, Elliot, Lovato, <PUNTER>, and you're at 47.

At LB/S add in Morrow, Ellis, Edmunds, and Brown.  That's 51.

Really not much else to debate.

Evans and Ricks are making it. And I don't see Morrow as a lock, so I think it is between him and Wallace for the last spot. But I think both guys will eventually make it as Ojomo will go on IR after cuts.

Edit - Goodrich might make it over those two. But I don't think it matter since Ricks is the only guy who might get claimed. So there isn't a huge difference between the PS and the back end of the roster.

Trey Sermon is a goner. That ship has sailed.

All of the WRs you nerds fell in love with are as well. No seperation Ngata and and bad hands Haslwood, peace out.

The only legit intrigue is Covey and Allen, 3 LBs or 4 with Morrow making it, and do they go 5 deep at S or 4 with one of Wallace or Edmunds gonzo.

I think the biggest question will be corner and Tyree Jackson.

How many corners they keep and which ones ???

Ringo is probably a lock just because of draft status but he's looked pretty bad, he's got zero instincts for the position.

Goodrich is a backup nickel, ricks has played well so who knows???

No, that's just his gular pouch which allows him to catch fish better.

I'm not so sure Street is. I get it, he didn't dress, but are they really keeping him as the 7th DT? Maybe they want to try to trade him?

Covey isn't a lock to me. We'll see. Not sold on Morrow either.

Overall, there isn't much to debate. Anyone should be able to get close to 50 predictions correct.

I think they may just keep Siposs if for nothing else he works well as Elliot's holder.

Assuming Ojomo goes to IR after cuts, Street would be the sixth DT available.

If covey than who?

Who on this roster has shown they can consistently field punts?

The special teams minus Elliott already sucks I can't imagine they just go with some random guy back there and hope for the best.

Covey may be unspectacular back there but he's reliable and the coaches trust him.

I think they're gonna want to pick up outside guys at WR, OL.

I get the feeling the Eagles haven't settled on a safety opposite Blankenship. If they had, that player wouldn't have played last night. Everyone played but him.

If there's a trade I could see it being there instead of LB. They seem comfortable with the LBs.

KJ Hamler still out there. Injury prone, but has speed and can actually separate unlike the fringe guys on this roster. Could also be a punt returner.

Not sure who would be available at safety. Baker is out. Some speculation Jeremy Chinn could be available months back.

It's possible, but he was supposedly progressing through the protocol because he was out on the field watching all of the joint practice, so don't know if that injury is enough to IR him.

They signed three DTs off the street this week so they could keep Street off the field.  (See what I did there!)

We traded for CJGJ on August 30 last year, 3 days after our last pre-season game.

I like Covey and the progress he made last year. But I am intrigued by Devon Allen's big play ability overall. That speeeeeed! And the fact that he fills 2 holes on the roster at KR and gunner. Covey is a 1 trick pony at PR. I think they IR him (short term) anyway and we see how that plays out. I want the Eagles to be more than ordinary on special teams and not settle with what just seems safe all the time. They have that philosphy on offense in going for 4th down constantly. Hope that philosophy also changes on defense with Dasai and more blitzing. Playing it safe on D and special teams has cost them dearly. Same goes for my thinking on Siposs. He's just not good enough or meet the standard which is what the team always harps on. BE MORE DYNAMIC on all phases of the game.

Is he even healthy enough to play? He hasn't practiced in 3 weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if he made it, if he got cut or if he lands on IR to start the season. I know that's a weak take, I just don't think he's done anything to be a lock or deserve it.

I'd be fine with elevating Ward for PR and figuring it out as you go. Even if it's a fair catch every time, the team is designed around Hurts, Brown, Smith and Goedert moving the ball down the field, not ST's. All I care about is not turning it over on ST's.

I really liked Hamler coming out but even before the injuries he was just meh

As for him as a PR in the pros he has 3 PR for 6 yards ...☹️

I thought he'd be better at PR but just like at WR all that speed and quickness hasn't translated in the NFL.

Apparently he was diagnosed with mild pulmonary myocarditis.

Which I think is why he's not signed yet.

I'm not a doctor but from what I've read it's something that can clear up after a couple months with medicine.

Not sure how active he is or if he's just waiting til pre season is over to sign with a team or maybe teams are just done with him.🤷‍♂️

He stepped away from the Broncos and football. It's not like he's just a FA waiting to be signed. And Broncos said there's a chance they bring him back when he's ready to return.
