Speaking of putting the team on their back... I knew Jalen Hurts was the man when he ran in that 4th down in the Super Bowl. What a stud.

Anyone want to take a risk on Mayfield, still only 23

Hope everything is going well for your mom.

Thanks, other than some occasional vertigo for the past few weeks, she's doing pretty well.

On one leg... It's amazing people still believe this. He was juking and making runs like this. You physically cannot do that if you're as "injured" as he was. That dude flops, yells for flags and acts more than soccer players

Yep.  Can't stand the faker anymore after this past postseason and I used to be a Mahes fan.  F him.

A better question, is Jalen Mayfield better than Julien Good-Jones?

Justyn Ross looks like the real deal.

Of course he is. Andy can pick WR now. He just had to blow a bunch before DJax

I wanted the Eagles to sign him last year. As a freshman he looked like he was going to be the first WR taken when he was draft eligible, then he fell off due to injury and other circumstances. But the talent was always there.

When I first read this, I thought you were referencing Baker.  And I got scared.

Who knows what the hell this means

It was a pain and discomfort injury. 200 players play through pain every week.

I didn't say you can't play with pain. It's what he was physically doing with it. If he was as hurt as he was playing it up he would had no choice but to stay in the pocket. He was juking defenders.

Signing a one day contract to retire with the Eagles.   (that's my prediction)

We did it! We didn’t give up a run in the first inning!

Your estimate is low.  I've heard plenty of players say that by about week 4, everyone in the league is dealing with something.

He clearly did not have a high ankle sprain; it was likely a simple ankle sprain.  Tape it up and go out and play.  They marketed it as something it wasn’t, and clearly it worked to the desired effect

Yeah not a great at bat by castellanos. Swinging at the first pitch after 4 pitch walk and pitcher had thrown 6 of 7 pitches as a ball
