I thought maybe he could have gotten more snaps and targets in preseason games.  He did pretty well, and players like Ngata didn't do so well.  I'd never heard of him though.

I'd be more impressed with aj breaking Quicks record if he had done it in 16 games Instead of 17.

and still helluva season for AJ.

AJ was actually my favorite WR in that draft, was as happy as anyone when they announced the trade for him.

• one of the worst team UERA … allowing one more unearned run every 5 games than the good teams.  A sign of the suspect defense.

maybe, probably, but it might depend on the timing.  I don't think they intend to trade Calc.  There is one place that Calc might go, and that would be the Colts.  So, if they want Taylor,  and the Colts want Calc as part of a package, maybe they trade Calc.  But I don't think they actually WANT to trade Calc.  It's like,  a certain low probability of trading Calc,  not a desire to trade him.  But yeah,  probably maybe.

Curious why their UERA is when they have harper at first and Rojas with Marsh in the outfield instead of schwarber playing OF. They really need to Harper’s back better so he can play 1b cause it allows schwarber to DH and improves their defense

Hurts and Smith were both dinged for height.  All of their running, jumping, etc,  was 9+

I agree, but I expect him to be on the Practice Squad rather than the 53.  I believe he doesn’t have to go through waivers due to his NFL tenure.  If that is correct he doesn’t have to accept the overtures/claims of any other team.
