Right now we have 14 defensive backs. Gotta figure the most we'll carry is 11.

We're at 9 linebackers (including Reddick, Nolan, and P Johnson). Probably two more cuts there.

Nine offensive linemen. Possibly another cut. Sills or Opeta. Maybe both make it. Tricky.

Five running backs. That's one too many. Sermon appears the odd man out.

Five wide receivers. Ngata is the vulnerable one. It's quite possible they only carry four.

Eleven defensive linemen. Feels like about two too many. Not sure that Jenarius Robinson showed enough. Hard to see both Marlon T and Street making it. Marlon could garner a late round pick in exchange, I think.

Even then, there would still be more guys that need to be released.

I can see Kyron Johnson making the 53, only to be IR'd tomorrow to clear a roster spot.

Wallace does have ST value.  I would think, though, he's a cut to add another player.  

Braden Mann is a guy the Eagles put a waiver claim in earlier this year when the Steelers picked him up.

It's notable though that while he has a really talented leg, Jets fans despise him because of his propensity to always have a crucial mistake in a big spot. Read about a botched hold or two in big spots and bad punts in big spots. Sounds kinda familiar.

Sills doesn't deserve to make the team, and that's just his play. PS is the spot for him, IMO, and he should have a relatively easy path there.

Wallace can go. It'll be Blankenship and Brown by the end of the year. For now, roll with Evans/Edmunds.

Sermon, Ngata, Sills, VanSumeren, McCollum, Kyron Johnson and Robinson seem like the easy ones. Then probably two out of the group of Patrick Johnson, Morrow, Ricks, Garner, Goodrich and Wallace.
