I love these trades for picks in two seasons.

Howie trades a 5th round pick in 2053 for...

Called that one a few pages back. Didn't get the sense the Eagles were thrilled about their non Goedert options.

Makes sense, our waiver odds suck

Apparently Adam Caplan reported that the Eagles have been disappointed with Calcaterra. He could go.

Weird... a lot of reports saying he was cut. Denver got something for nothing?

Cut yesterday.

Really interesting that nothing has been reported on McCollum.

So our punt returner WK1 may be Boston?

Stoll is a complete non-factor as a receiver but has/had a role. If Albert O is now filling that role, I think Stoll vs. Calcaterra is a tougher call.

you can waive a player,  and then trade a player. the team trading for the player is jumping the waiver wire.

If the Eagles like someone who is waived, and they think that another team might take him, they can trade for him.  I believe they have until 12 noon tomorrow to do this.

He was never waived

Mark Schlereth on a reason why he was cut:

Sean Payton wants to run the ball. Can't have that.

Stout will teach him to block

Albert is taking Grant's spot
