My vote goes to Ngata.

Kept 7 DTs and 7 CBs, which is what I expected. Was wrong on Morrow and Covey - that let them keep Opeta and add the new TE.

Feels like they kept the best 53, other than keeping Opeta (who would have made the practice squad IMO).  

Howie...re STs...they review each role (wing, gunner, etc.) and make sure the roster addresses them.
