I was comparing mid-season near desperation moves.   Fryar wasn't one of those.  He was added before the season, had the full training camp with the team and was basically brought in to be the #1 WR.  None of the others I mentioned were, nor was Julio.   Julio fits much closer to the names I mentioned that Fryar... and with commiserate expectations.

I'm trying to figure it out. It's legitimately a textbook form tackle. 

I joked about it earlier in the week that the NFL is pushing hard for players to play flag football in the Olympics so Goodell can use that as another way to ease us in that direction for the NFL.

It looks like he does with his right shoulder leaning in at the end of the tackle. Idk what they expect these players to do at full speed, especially against an elusive QB like Wilson.

QBs are the NFLs money maker so they are going to protect them as much as they can.

That's not full body weight though... that's, as you say, just the right shoulder.

I’m not saying I agree with the rule, but he’s driving the QB into the ground with his shoulder and body momentum behind it.
