That Hill TD was 27 yards. How does it ever make sense to have any single high alignment in that area of the field? How is a single high ever going to cover enough ground when the QB cant even think about putting air under the ball?

I mean, we had a safety over top with Brown single high and he still beat us.

If we are going to keep a safety over top of him it should be Brown. He has the speed we need, and also is a punishing enough hitter that you might be able to knock him around and wear down his effectiveness.

I think The idea was Bradbury could get a hand on him and play inside and under. Edmunds is supposed to get over top almost in a 3rd. And Brown is getting to the middle in case of a post or deep dig. 
 

Bradbury missed, Edmonds took a bad angle.

We are allowed to recover fumbles but not to secure interceptions.  Not sure our defense has someone in the back 7 capable of catching a football.

that area of the field completely negated Brown's speed. Lining up a single high safety is basically playing 10 vs 11. Brown was never going to have enough time to get to the corner of the end zone with the ball on the 27 yard line. 

 

I truly hope he’s not correct on this play, otherwise it’s an indefensible call. 

If Eagles win this, the Jalen Carter flop jokes this week will be funnier

This coaching staff is so wildly infuriating this year I can't imagine how anyone thinks this team can even get to the NFCG let alone be considered a SB contender
