I don't agree. The DL minus Carter isn't great, but it's still very good.

Hurts or no Hurts, the defense in the second game was awful last season. And Minshew played solid that game. 2016 and 2020 were the only times they weren’t a playoff team during Dak’s career.

Yeah, not his fault we always gave him junk to throw to at WR for most of his career. Westbrook deserves some love too. He's the only reason we had a competent offense for a few years. He averaged around 2000 scrimmage yards between 2006/2007.

Murray has way too much baggage, top to bottom.  Way overdrafted, no work ethic, no leadership skills, too small to hold up …. and a big, fat, bloated contract that was a worse decision than the Deshaun Watson deal — maybe not that far, but bad 

Are we assuming the Vikings are an organization that makes smart decisions? I don’t. They have continuously shown not do that. They should’ve dealt cousins weeks ago knowing he was gone at year’s end and could get some valuable picks if they were gonna go in a rebuild. and didn’t. 

jmo, I think the Vikings were waiting until the deadline to see what the record was, and if they could make the playoffs before being sellers. if Kirk cousins didn’t get hurt today I think the Vikings are gonna try to make the playoffs at 4-4. Currently sit at 7th seed. The current 2 seed is the Seahawks. Not exactly a juggernaut as they beat the niners minus Jefferson. Maybe they go complete tank now with cousins hurt, but before that injury they had 6 more winnable games with at atlanta, vs. saints, at Denver, vs. bears, at Vegas and vs. GB. That includes two lions Games which with cousins i wouldn’t have been surprised if they split. 

 

 

Expect Wentz to be in a Giants Uniform in the next few days. My guess anyway.

The weird part about the Hurts injury is that anytime he’s visibly shaken up or limping during the game, he follows it up with a great play. It might be forcing him to stay in the pocket, go through his reads, and make the play. He’s shown that he can be an efficient pocket passer. The strike to Julio for the TD was a great read and react play. He had a lot of throws today where he let his receivers go up and make a play with great ball placement. 

It's a bone bruise, it'll hurt until it heals up.
