I would disagree.   There was no trap involved.  How do they look past a team took them to OT just a few weeks before?   I just think that the matchup is bad for the Eagles.   Some teams just always seem to have the number of other teams.  And it doesn't make sense, but it always goes that way.   Jacksonville has owned the Colts, even when the Jags were bad.  Years ago, the Titans owned the Jags... and in a season where the Jags only lost 3 games all year, including the playoffs, all 3 games they lost were to the Titans.  It just happens in the NFL, and I don't think anyone can explain why.

This one is going to be scary...

Good guys - 41

Bad guys - 38

Bonus: no less than 4 lead changes.
2nd bonus: Eagles win on game winning TD drive with under 1 minute left on the clock to take the lead.

I'm with you, but I'm going to stick with Eagles 31 Cowboys 13 with Milton Williams getting a sack

I prefer your outcome to mine.

Whoops. Yeah. Sweat and Young.

I'd prefer Young or Hunter, and agree Washington may not want to deal him in the division. The counter to that is we've already played them twice.

If we are talking for just the rest of the year I’d probably take Hunter. But if we were planning on re-signing one of for the long term I’d go young cause he is still young and if he ever stays healthy has a chance to be a really good player.

And you can F off with the we can't say anything without people like you getting butthurt. He needs to stop turning the damn ball over. Period. That doesn't mean anyone wants him gone or doesn't appreciate him. It's going to hurt them again at the wrong damn time like the SB. If you can't deal with that then too bad.

Oh its not like Dallas or Smith didn't cause tipped passes vs the Jets that go against Hurts, but too stupid to put any context behind the turnovers. He is an elite QB that has the lowest check down rate in the Fing league, of course turnovers will happen it is how he plays and clearly hasn't been told to reel it in. I wonder why, oh its because he is elite.

Yes, and those are the only turnovers all season giving him 8 vs 11 all of last year. Stop acting butthurt. He needs to clean crap up because it will cost them again at the wrong time like the SB. It didn't matter how well he played in that game that turnover cost them. No, losing wasn't his fault, but it will cost them again this year if he doesn't fix it. That's a reasonable statement for anyone not needing cream for their backside.

Funny, but you know what I mean. The D made him look like Brady and the Cowboys seemed to be able to expose them last year as well.

Do you think the Broncos own the Chiefs or have their number?  They blew them out yesterday, their earlier game they were leading and the Chiefs had to come back to win only 19-8.  Two division teams that know each other well.  The Broncos suck yet did that to the Chiefs.

Eagles had 2 RZ turnovers, had they scored on those instead the score would have been a blowout.  They also let them get an easy score at the end.  I think the score made it look closer than it was.  Washington plays well against us, but as Jalen said winning is the only thing that matters.  There are no style points or point differentials that affect the Win/Loss column or playoff seeding.

Would be very surprised if we made any substantial moves.

Think it was Byard and that's it.

This.  Highly doubt any other move is made

So did it cost them or not because you are not even sure

Mahomes has 8 INT as well, he Fing sucks

We agree on the end, but they have the Eagles defense figured out and/or match up well against them. Nobody can watch that game and how much trouble they give them and not see that.

As if the in-season tournament wasn't a bad enough idea, they trot this mess out. Can't wait to see the tournament specific uniforms.

Hurts had one play where he avoided a rusher but had the ball dangling in one hand.  Might have been the 2nd or 3rd drive.

Other than that, he was better yesterday.

The GL fumble was a fluke and there is so much humanity its hard to pin that on either Hurts or Kelce.  Fluke play.

Much better with his decision-making yesterday.

The main reason I'm calling it a trap game is the fact that the game was in between the Dolphin kelly green national game and the heated Cowboys game.  The other items with the Wash situation, the matchups, etc. added to it and made it that much harder.  I could go with "semi-trap" that became a full issue due to the other Wash specific items.

Bottom line is that I don't think we were ready to play.  The bad loss Wash had against NY is part of it as well.

I agree with you in principle.  Hurts and the whole team definitely needs to clean up the turnovers.  You wear your passion on your sleeve ... and your quest for perfection.  That does make the tone of your posts a bit over the top ... but keep the heat seeking missiles coming.  I for one enjoy them!

I like the under this week. Going to be a physical, defensive battle.

Stop being butthurt I pointed out the obvious truth that he needs to fix it or it will cost them. Yes, they would have won the Super Bowl if he didn't drop the f'ing ball at the wrong time, but the defense couldn't stop crap and he played well, so it's not fair to put it all on him. You can say it cost them and he's not why they lost at the same time. We can also be lucky to have Hurts and also say he needs to clean that crap up...unless someone like you just enjoys being butthurt.

@mattwill

Eagles 34

Cowboys 31

Nail biter. Dak with two turnovers. Jalen has none. 🦅🦅🦅

There is no tone towards Hurts. There is towards people being so butthurt over anything at all being said about Hurts that he needs to fix something. Again, we can be lucky to have him and be pissed about turnovers at the same time. I'm pretty sure Hurts himself would say I've played well but I need to fix that crap. Nick would as well.

Problem with Young is that it'll be easy for teams to outbid us.  All our picks are projected to be late and if the rumors about Young and Chicago are legit, they could match our offer and beat us on the strength of the picks alone.

He's an awesome player but I don't want to get caught in a bidding war for him.  I'd rather see a move for Hunter Renfrow or maybe even something for another OL.

So I had the Birds splitting the games with the Cowgirls - I originally had them winning at home losing away.

I still see them splitting- I dont believe we will win both- it's divisional, and the Cowgirls are a good team and the Birds will NOT win both.

That being said, if they will split: Would you rather we WIN at home aned Lose on the road this year, which means win this week and lose later... or would you rather they win the second game away after losing this one?

Dline is just not the same with David and Carter only playing a quarter of the snaps

I know he only has 2 catches for 11 yards and a TD, but I feel Julio will keep Watkins on IR for the rest of the season.
