Yeah, I'm still ticked that at the end of the first half when the Eagles were in a two minute drill trying to score a touchdown to reduce their deficit, they were passing the ball instead of running it up the middle on every down.

If anyone gets a chance , watch Tyler Steens  5th snap.

All 6 of his snaps were pretty good and sure it's a small sample size but the 5th snap is really impressive.

He's matched up with Payne on his outside shoulder and at the snap Payne tries to bull rush him and knock his hands down but steen stone walls him, keep in mind Payne is one of the better DTs in the league, Payne gets frustrated and takes a swipe at Steens head, whistle hasn't blown yet, and what does the rookie do, he doesn't back doen he legally slaps Payne right back.

He showed way more in that 1 snap then Opeta has his whole career 

If he's starting on Sunday against the boys I think he'll be alright!💪

Yup, I actually realized right after I posted, I was like, well if they were in a 2 minute drill I guess 6 passes in a row is ok, then light bulb, a really dim flickering one with a dead moth in it came on, and I was like oh yeah they were in a two minute drill🤔

Having said that wish I could have seen him in some run plays, should have just kept him in the rest of the game, it's not like they had to get Larry Allen back on the field, it was freaking Opeta.

Oz has done more than Quez this season.  He's a decent 4th WR.  I don't think Quez blows but he's limited. This is best WR group we have had on the team in my memory.  The only group that is close was Maclin, DJax and Avant.

He has nothing on that entire roster let’s be honest. They made a bonehead trade and mortgaged their future for Bryce Young. No O-Line and a bunch of #3 WRs. Miles Sanders got his money, sometimes you win by losing lol.

I don’t know the situation in Detroit, but it seems weird to me that he would leave there for a lateral move at Carolina. Maybe it’s the Reich connection. But Ben Johnson will get a HC job in the offseason and Duce probably could have had a shot at their OC job as an in-house promotion.

I remember it had something to do with moving closer to take care of his mother or something like that

Hope everything is ok with Boston Scott. 

Almost wonder if Steen has a chance to win that job full time.

I don't believe there is any "wonder" about it.  Opeta has pretty much played himself into a career backup position in the time he has started since Jurgens got hurt.

Good to see that Carter and Davis were full participants.  I hope Boston's ok.  I am not sure who that leaves returning kicks.  I wonder if we will see Devon Allen elevated instead of Penny.
