Carter forces his first turnover... either a strip sack, or a batted ball for an INT.
Siposs stuns again.

WTF is wrong with Realmuto. He is batting190 with risp.

The fact that they can put a field that bad out there for the biggest game of the year means there clearly was something wrong with the system.  The system failed... miserably.

Nothing to do with the infrastructure at all. It was a deliberate decision made by the NFL against the advice of the most knowledgeable advisor they had.

Milton is in for a serious year with all the attention going to Carter. That unit is scary.

It sounds silly, but I think Milton Williams is going to be a great trade chip in the off-season. I think his next contract is going to be a doozy, kind of like what the Eagles gave Hargrave to come over from Pittsburgh. With 2 1st round DT contracts and both Davis and Carter probably in for massive pay days, I don't think they will have financial room for Williams. It's half the reason, IMO, why it was so imperative to keep Ojomo.

Cox is gone after this year. Davis and Carter will be the starters in 2024. Ojomo should be prime to take over Williams role and maybe even Street earns himself a very affordable extension. They still have Tuipulotu and can invest in the draft for depth.

Just looking at things financially, not whether or not I want him gone because I agree, Milton Williams is going to put up numbers this year.

Thomson was wrong for not bunting the runners over with JT up. Relamuto has been awful all year with RISP. He gets the bunt down you have 2nd and 3rd with 1 out with castellanos and potentially stott coming up to win the game. Gives you two chances to win on a sac fly (with castellanos not stott unless casty walked or got on), hit or even an error. Instead JT strikes out and castellanos hits into a DP

That actually makes sense

This is a funny quote from Evans, "I think my skill set meshes well with whatever they ask me to do."

If you think the next contract will be a doozy, it might make more sense to keep him for a year and then play the comp pick game. That way you get value at both ends.

Eagles 34

Vikings 16

Jalen Carter 1.5 sacks

@mattwill  Vikings 23 Eagles 13

BONUS: The words "boo birds" is uttered by someone in the broadcast crew at some point.

In regards to the fourth down, it seems like Hurts decided he was going to Smith no matter what because it was single coverage. Presnap, however, wouldn’t Gonzalez cheating that far inside tell Hurts to look elsewhere? It certainly didn’t help that Smith ran a Reagor-like slant route.

Howie doesn't like letting home-grown talent leave the building.  Especially at a premium position.

By the time they need to pay Milton, DeVonta, Dickerson, Davis, etc. the contracts of Graham, Kelce, Cox will be gone.  Also, DeVonta Smith, Davis, Carter, and Nolan Smith all have fifth-year options that would push off the big investment a bit.

Clearly drafting well causes problems.  😎

Watching that play, the defender covering goedert was looking to the other side of the field the entire time. If hurts throws to goedert’s outside shoulder i don’t think the defender has a fast enough reaction time to get there. That said pats sent more guys then the eagles had in to block (6 blockers and 7 rushers) and judon went untouched from that side so not sure hurts could get it there or if judon just bats it done as no one touched him.

I could be wrong, but I think NFL games have to be available on local channels in the two teams’ home markets.

Ok.  So you want to make it a conspiracy.
