Nope.  These are not mutually exclusive.  This is Harden's MO, and he has pulled this before.  He's not without blame here.  HE, not the team, had control of the option to return to the Sixers or not.   If he had thought there was big money out there, he'd have opted for FA and taken the money.  He didn't have that market, so he took the money from the Sixers and then cried about wanting out.  Trouble is...  trading a guy who thinks he's still a top 5 talent in the NBA, who is also paid like it... but plays more like top 50, if that high... is hard to do.  If he wanted out so bad, he was in full control of that, but chose not to.

 

That said, Morey has been terrible and the trade for Harden was the worst move he's made.   Of course, that means that he made this mess, and he's going to be called to the carpet for it.    Morey should go.  Harden should go.   I don't want either of them associated with this team.

This is all human error and has nothing to do with the infrastructure of a dome.

I'm certainly no expert when it comes to grass and stadiums. When there are 2 NFL teams using Met Life stadium, would natural grass stand up to that much usage? I do know that players much prefer grass over any artificial turf to date.

I think they ought to just do a re-write of the Cheech and Chong song "Beaners."   ("Mexican Americans/Beaners" is the title I believe but it is really two songs. Cheech does the first and Chong the second.)

Easy and catchy. Basically you speak the lyrics after yelling EA-GLES.  And you can add as many lines of lyric that you want.

"EA-GLES.  They insist on RB by committee, but then they don't let the committee run the ball!  EA-GLES."  

And so on.  I will refrain from trying to post the link, as I am sure to F it up.
