Usually an MCL does not need to be repaired. And its not 6-8 months recovery. Its like 8 weeks for an isolated MCL complete tear. No surgery.

If he is taking 6-8 months, and having surgery, something more is going on.

The point is, the report is wrong.

I suspect people think of a clean non displaced fracture as broken and a fracture being a displacement. Suspect they think a fracture requires reduction. Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if some differentiate the terms and think a fracture requires an open reduction.

Pardon my time machine back to the 2021 draft but if I'm Howie Roseman, I'm calling the Falcons to see what it takes to get Kyle Pitts. If a guy like Isaiah Simmons, who was the 8th pick, can be traded for a 7th round pick because he doesn't have a role on a team, then I don't see why Pitts wouldn't be attainable. He would be the successor to Goedert and could make it easier for the Eagles to carry 3 TE instead of 4.

What Deion is doing is brilliant for recruiting.
