Goodrich was bad last week.  Bradberry to the slot, Ricks available on the outside.  And I think Ricks could be really good on ST... if he wants to be.

Goodrich wasn’t just bad, but brain dead. He struggled to get lined up.

He kinda needs to already. It’s week 3 and all that but this is the last year of his contract. If he’s not contributing anything he’s kind of pointless on the roster.

Still learning the offense, perhaps.  Late add to the roster.  I think he'll be an option more in the second half of the year.

Didn’t know that.

If that actually happens, I want something!

other than trying to dislocate players knees and castrate them with his cleats, not much...

Before kickoff... I think it is only fitting that we all have a moment of silence for Arryn Siposs.

Thank you.

Almost game time

After nearly a week and a half of having to deal with all the criticism and hate that goes along with starting the season undefeated in Philadelphia the Eagles get ready to avenge a ghost from Christmas past.  Jalen and Nick facing a franchise they are 0-2 against lifetime including a loss in the playoffs.  Jalen who was so disrespected by their DB coach after.  The Bucs to be so disrespectful to honor Ronde Barber on this night tying it all back to the 2002 season NFC Championship Game.

A lot at play in this game.  Jalen doesn't just want to be the best Alabama QB in the league he also wants to be the best Oklahoma QB in the league too.  On the biggest of stages two of the league's undefeated teams square off in prime time in front of the whole country with Troy Aikman and Joe Buck.  It will be the most watched MNF game in years and it will show America that the Eagles are still that team.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe we’ve played more man coverage this year under Desai. Bradberry in man coverage in the slot seems a little iffy. He’s also gonna have to play a more physical brand of football, facing actual blockers and not WRs in the run game. Big ask for someone coming off a concussion.

I still can’t help but think that Brown plays some sort of role in all of this tonight

I think you are being typically obtuse.  The implication of the tweet was that Jobe was going to replace Bradberry on the outside.  Nothing was said or implied about Slay being a topic in the tweet whatsoever.

I'm done.  YFeel free to talk to yourself in a phone booth.  You are good at it.

Nothing implied?  Pure logic is implied.  If Bradyberry isn't set to cover the Evans than it would be Slay.

I like Ricks more than Goodrich. Interesting because last year we hardly played any rookies, granted there weren’t a lot of opportunities. Also good to see we seem to be developing talent at a position other than OL.

Undrafted rookie just getting thrown  into action due to an injury on a weird short week due to Thursday night football.  Not at all shocked that he wasn't prepared.  I'd rather they give him a shot at nickel with time actually preparing to play than to write him off completely.

Necessity.  With Maddox gone for the year (presumably), Jobe has the 3rd most time on the team.  No other options other than to throw the rookies out there.

Couldn't really see anything with that one so I just copied and pasted the title and found basically the same video

Didn't know he was like that. Though can we really be surprised since he's a Pat?

Thought I’d see Steen as the LT/RG backup at this point - aside from JC this team likes to bring on rookies slow (not a terrible policy, but…).

Even Carter is being brought along slowly compared to his talent level.  On most teams, he'd be getting close to 100% of the snaps.  Here he's still running a lot of second team behind Cox and Williams.  Could you imagine if the Browns had drafted Myles Garrett and then only played 50% or less of the snaps in game 1?

I'd have everyone on this board blocked if that was the case.  I only ever blocked a very small limited group of people, who as chance would have it are all banned because they did nothing but pathetic coordinated trolling attacks on everyone who didn't fall in line with their narratives.

Oh, the irony.
