Yeah I watched the replay and thought I must be missing something, it would be odd if they didn't call that. 

Fitzpatrick is dumb, he has all 6ft 2ins of Garoppolo stood completely unprotected to tackle and he lowers the head, it's literally one of the examples in the rule, once he lowers the head if he hits the passer helmet first, it's roughing the passer if he hits him anywhere, it's incredible to me at this point that so many commentators are still arguing with these sort of calls, especially claiming it's legit because the 'contact isn't forcible', it's a 210 pound guy running at minimum 15mph hitting you in the head with a helmet on, you can't do that gently.

It's just comical.  If you look around 19-20 seconds in, Jalen Carter is pushing the RT and RG backwards by himself.  He is a monster.  This was my favorite part of the whole game, it just broke the will of the Bucs. 

Can you imagine what's going through Sam Howell's mind as he looks at this and thinks about how he was sacked 9 times last week?

I think there’s levels to it. There’s nothing wrong with being passionate about something whether it’s a sports team or Swift as an artist and having fun at her concert. It’s scenes like this that I think are disturbing and weird.
