Does anyone else get viscerally annoyed when after a big play, the TV director consistently switches to shots of the opposing players, coaches, owners, rather than letting us watch the celebration?  All we see are unhappy faces.  Rarely is there anything to see.  But we end up missing out on half of the joy.

Record the loser shots and show them later if there anything worth seeing.

I'd rather watch the replay of the play... from about 3 different angles.

Why is everyone assuming Jurgens doesn’t go on IR? If it’s a week to week injury similar to Dean there’s a good chance he does, especially being a linemen. It’s not like Howie ever puts guys on IR the first second he gets either.

I also think it's time to end the Bradberry at Nickel experiment. If we can't find someone else whether it's a FA or one of the thousand of corners we kept, then we failed hard in that area.

It doesn't make sense. Bradberry playing the slot to cover athletic TE is one thing. Bradberry playing the slot to cover quick, shifty guys is a bad idea. No idea why they continue doing it. Makes 2 positions worse rather than 1.

Not just that but what about when there's a penalty and they never show it? There's too much going on with a broadcast that doesn't relate to what's happening on the field to keep us informed on the actual game. It's very frustrating.

I don't think Bradberry was the issue as much as the LBs did not seem to fill any passing lanes and looking slow in coverage. I think Jobe didn't better than it looked.   I am just hoping we can get some depth back at safety and that Dean will help with the pass defense.  I think Dean and Morrow will be an improvement over Cunningham.  Cunningham looks so slow in coverage.

I’m not suggesting Bradberry was "an issue” but it’s not his natural position and what he offers as a nickel isn’t close to what he provides where he was intended. I’m not convinced we can’t find another nickel CB somewhere else that can be average and let Bradberry stay outside.

Anybody else sort of love this?  I do…Who’s missing?

I was hoping Wilbon would be missing, but it can't be him.

I kind of said the same type of thing. And edmunds and Evans playing safety alongside Blankenship is a problem. But now you’re compounding that issue by weakening yourself on the outside corner by moving Bradberry in at slot corner. Bradberry not as effective as a slot corner as he is an outside corner. It’s not his natural position for a reason. So you were already gonna be weaker at slot corner because you didn’t have maddox and whoever we try to out there on the roster. But moving bradberry to slot corner you’re also weakening your outside CB spot, because jobe isn’t as good as Bradberry on the outside.

This should go well i should take kelce anytime scorer and the overs in yards and receptions based off this

Injuries. Dean, Maddox, Goodrich, McPhearson, Brown.

That's both decimated the interior of the back 7 and it means communication is a problem right now.

There have been injuries.

But coverage busts are also on the coaching staff.

Already a 4th of the way through the season.  NFL season goes by way too quick.

First punt yes. Poor distance.  We will have to wait for @FranklinFldEBUpper's hang time analysius to determine if it was bad that way as well.  The second punt was 48 yards, which on the surface was a decent length, but again hang time needs to be assessed.

1) 4.65

2) 3.76

3) 5.03

Agreed. How do injuries make players play 9 yards off of receivers? How does it not allow for any creative boxes to give QB less time to be comfortable? LBers have played well. Gotta be more creative and actually disturb offenses on crucial downs.

Uhhh since when is Jimmy Butler a member of My Chemical Romance?

Thanks.  That means the only "good" punt was the third one.  It also explains the good Punt Return on the second punt.

He’s not ok

Morrow has been playing great.  Thought he was the best LB in preseason.  Cunningham and him have been pleasant surprises

Allen is in a universe of himself, but the offense was not the problem yesterday despite what some analysts would have you believe.
