Jets have one of the best defenses in the NFL.  But they haven’t seen the likes of the Eagles OL yet.  Should be a heck of a challenge.  They also are playing a bit better on but haven’t held up well against the better defenses they played.  This won’t be a cakewalk.

And who couldn’t use a player like Driscoll, a rock-steady player who is in the final year of his rookie deal and may even be able to unseat Jamaree Salyer, a 23-year-old former sixth-round pick, at right guard?

All that said, a second-round pick may be required to pry Samuel away, and that may be too rich for Roseman.

Unlikely they want the first round pick to play

Hurts is a Quez Watkins fumble vs Wash last year from not having lost a regular season game in a year and a quarter.

Jay Ajayi was successful. I liked Golden but the coaches didn't use him. Still, wasn't worth the pick we have up unfortunately. Not much luck at the deadlines really.

Eagles SHOULD be a big mismatch for the Jets, the Jets are 31st in the league in passing offense, which is good since the Eagles struggle at defending that.  The Jets are 10th in the league in rushing offense and the Eagles are one of the best at defending against the run.  Definitely advantage Eagles, but as they say, any given Sunday; so we shall see if the advantages show up on the field.

I heard on the radio that Purdy is actually viewed as the favorite in some circles.  

It's a little bit of Mahomes fatigue, kind of like a Michael Jordan syndrome.

 

If Derek Henry were indeed on the trade block, what do you think he'd fetch?  

I think the Titans would want a McCafferey type of return, but I don't think you'll get that for a guy on the wrong side of 30.  Maybe a 2nd or a 3rd?
