If the Eagles Defense limits the jets to 13 points, that will be a solid performance.  However, the Eagles Offense scoring only 16 will be far from satisfactory.  Why do you expect that low a production of points by the Offense?

The Bears should consider it too given their draft ammo.  I don't think the Packers will trade for him which is a shame because they have nothing at  WR.  The Panthers may not have the draft capital that Denver wants.

My first thought was Colts. They are in line to win their division if they could just get marginally better

In 5 games he has 208 yards and 17 catches.  He's not a big weapon.  He's never gotten over 1,000 yards and hasn't started a full season of games.

Jets defense is no joke. I think Hurts won’t be as explosive, going to have to take a lot of dink and dunk, gets really tough in the red zone. Jake Elliot 3 FGs all chip shots under 45. Just expecting some slop. Likely going to be a rain game. 

if we can’t dominate Zach Wilson idk what kind of hope I have

He's lucky Reagor was in that draft otherwise he'd be the biggest WR bust relative to draft position

Giants an option as well.  Panthers likely landing spot knowing they actively are trying to get a WR.  However their lack of a 1st might not make that possible if that is what Denvrr is after.

As a general rule of thumb, yes. But they're not close to competing yet so what does it matter if they trade within the division? Take the best offer.
