He's a unique skill set you have to build into an offense, not a guy you can just plug in anywhere to be fair though.

I agree.  He's someone that probably would have had better success in SF or somewhere as a big slot WR.  He would be a player I think the Eagles should pick up as a potential 3rd WR.
