Yep...unfortunately for Cowboy fans he is dead on...can you deliver in the clutch, and so far we all know that answer...Jalen has, Dak has not. Those are facts.

It's astounding to me how Jalen Hurts has become the most hated player in the league that is attacked and disrespected by media and fans alike around the league.

Reminds me of Embiid winning MVP last year and getting nothing but disrespect.  Unlike Embiid though Hurts has none of the arrogance that rubs people the wrong way like Embiid does.

I don't see this ranking as Hurts getting hate at all...it's a snapshot based on stats, which don't mean a lot to me, they aren't putting enough weight on the most important stat...W/L, which he is dominating on...don't let it get to you, I wouldn't. I promise you he gets respect from the players and football fans who know what he has been doing when it counts...

Sounds like Leonard is leaning towards the Cowboys and views them as more of a contender.

The one thing that people keep over looking because Jalen is so stoic. He's only 25 freaking years old. Dak is 30. Dak is a finished product. Dak as a finished product... is not clutch.

Or an agent is trying to create a bidding war or create some leverage.

If he was sold on the Cowboys he would have never left without a deal.

I have no idea who that is, but I guarantee you he grew up as a Cowboys fan.

Domonique Foxworth (born March 27, 1983) is an American former professional football player who was a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Maryland Terrapins. He was selected by the Denver Broncos in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft.

Early life

Foxworth was born in Oxford, England, during his father's career in the United States Army.[1] The family relocated to Maryland when Foxworth was kindergarten-aged.[1]Foxworth has one older brother.[1]

Foxworth played high school football at Western Tech(officially, Western School of Technology and Environmental Science), where he was named to the Baltimore Sun's first-team All-Metro and All-Baltimore County.[1]

I wouldn’t say he’s a finished product, plenty of qb’s have had success in the later years of their career. Can he change his stripes in clutch opportunities? We’ll see.

As is more often than not you live in a world of hyperbole.  Things aren’t simply black and white to you (forget about shades of grey), but rather deep space lightless void versus supernova exploding star bright.

You see hate where very little exists … other than the hate that dominates your imagination.

You might want to read the book Positive Intelligence

LOL then he is a loser and they can have him. He's probably thinking the Cowboys D is good enough not to expose how much of a step he's lost vs here where he'll be on full display

Look all around the NFL talk this week?  People saying Hurts is the MVP favorite but he doesn't deserve it.  People ranking him as the 5th best QB this season.  It's not just Hurts either, it's the whole team that is being targeted with it.  A 10-1 team at home is a 2.5 underdog to a team they blew out the last time they played.  The hate and disrespect towards Hurts and the Eagles nationally is absurd.

Dak is a finished product. He's pretty much reached his ceiling at this point. He has maybe 4 more years tops and I don't see him elevating his game more than what he's already done. If he does that means he's Patrick Mahomes level. He's had a nice career thus far though given where he was drafted.

I know it’s become a quarterback award, but I don’t think any quarterback is playing at a level that deserves MVP right now, Hurts included. He’s been clutch, he’s the leader of the best team in the league, but he’s averaging almost a turnover a game and hasn’t really been consistent. He’s been good, but not MVP in my opinion. And I don’t think any other quarterback has necessarily been outdoing him. It should go to Tyreek Hill this year. Especially if he hits 2,000 yards.

Doesn't really say who he rooted for as a kid.

Precisely. We won't know until or just after the weekend.

And you just know that 49ers @ Eagles is going to set another ratings record.

Ravens

Niners 31

Eagles 17

Time to pay the piper with all the close calls they’ve had the past four weeks. Another sloppy first half on the offensive side with the rain, they get down at half, and SF defense won’t let them back in it. SF on 10-days rest doesn’t help and this is basically their Super Bowl. Hopefully a little bit of a reality check to get back on track against Dallas.

McCaffrey 2 TDs @mattwill
