So you are saying you can't count on Hurts to throw for the TD,that's what you are saying

Obviously what I’m saying is there is no better option than Hurts to score the TD when we get in this position.

If you watched the games you’d have seen(think it was Cincy) Hurts made a great play to convert a first down inside the five with his legs as libbing. Handed it to Saquan twice but didn’t score. So Hurts finished it off and scored. Why is that a problem for you?

No problem, every game plays out different as I keep saying. Maybe next game you need to pass the ball more,9or let bark run amok. The point is these highly paid stars want the stats

Very sad if that is all we have. TB stopped us twice last year. Even the lowly Jags we had a tough time with doing that. We need to find other ways to score besides beating up the O lineĀ

Barkley- "let the OTHER GUYS eat" That is a leader, a guy who wants to let other guys get some stats. He even gave up his chance at a recordĀ

So they tally up each team’s yardage produced and decide a W each week in football?

A whole season of one game at a time. But this wasn’t ever even the point originally anyway. It was how you tied his lacking team success this season on why DJ walked off the field.

How long would AJ last if he ran routes all day, every game, full tilt and got 1 target per game? How long until he quit on you?

A team with no stats gets no wins- What meds are you on because I need some. Are TD's magically NOT stats?????

So you have zero faith that Hurts can pass the ball from the 1 or hand it off to the RB-there you go hater

If you drove all the way down the field 80 yards and fumble at the one(or the many ways to fail to score) that’s leads to winning football? Moving the ball from 20 to 20 is most crucial part of W. No idea why they came up with that term Red Zone? Listening to you gaining yards is equal regardless of location.

Sure, in big cities space is a premium, some have the pad farther away, but in downtown Tampa there is no room

That's how good those people are

Actually your point was DJ wanted to be a a team that wins. Then you went on after that talking all about stats. Which specifically in this situation he’s on his best team to win in his career…put up nice stats on losers. Just disagreed with your whole original statement for all these reasons.

If you don't move the ball 80 yards you aren't going to score anyway

Guys will quit if they lose the faith. If Hurts gives AJ 1 target per game he will quit on the team. All guys want to be on a team that wins, why is this rocket science?

I believe they’re completely bad a22! I just think about the risk assessment. What reason are they having to do that for? Risk their own lives is crazy…but I absolutely applaud and appreciate them doing all that. But you add in such a high risk situation adding in buildings full of people as collateral damage is sketchy.

Just thinking if I’m in that building? I’m leaving. Yet will and have taken some high risk to help when things have happened.

It saves lives is why. There are cages on the windows where they land and if I'm going to suffer a disaster I am already in the right place lol

Yeah some players are more selfish than others. Think we’ve had a pretty ideal situation with not having AJ and Hurts relationship.

Time to tend to other biz. At any rate I would still like DJ here and drop DSMith in the slot which was my original thought 123 pages back

Yep ball hog Hurts will take the TD away whenever he can lol

We need team first approach from players concerned about winning as a priority. Selfish stat chasing can be detrimental.Ā
Example: we are winning and our player goes down at the one choosing not to score the TD because then we can run out the clock for victory. Or..stat Chase score the TD giving our opponent their only opportunity to have any chance in the game. They score then recover the onside kick and beat us.

No doubt would be great..mix it up where they all play would be ideal. But never was any chance or opportunity that was going to occur. Bears got hopes on the postseason needing DJ. With the massive extra situation of they have the number one overall pick QB. Just be stupid for them. Of all the moments why would being on a lesser team flare up right now, in his best team?Ā
Ā Ā You know them there is all that goes with the things I value so much that our team has:intangibles. We rely on the opposite of guys walking off the field in the middle of a play. Competitors that will fight to the end…is key.

Can’t believe when others don’t score our QB1 tries to win by refusing to be stopped scoring TDs. His clutch competitive drive and will are just so terrible!

Like I just cited of how Hurts converted the first down to inside the five. We handed it to Barkley twice and he couldn’t score. He HAD to do it himself!

But I’m fine with you being agenda driven to refer to Hurts scoring TDs as ball hogging. Any player can ball hog all they want scoring TDs …works for me.
