Agree...not that impressive for their D.

449 yards... 26 points...should have been 33.... with the kicker....QB missed open guys in the end zone... and questionable play calling .

Not impressed with Washington D at all.

They were stopping Bark early.The announcers mentioned it also. Someone found a way to stop Luvu

I didn't watch until the missed FG....Barkley from that point was getting 7 yards every time he ran outside.   

Early downs give him the ball..build from there.  They punted and killed drives when they passed  3 times in a row.  Then the flee flicker ... give him the ball and build from there.

You aren't going to run successfully every play.   You gotta build it...stop forcing the pass.

The Announcers were awful tonight...saying the game was over with well over 3 minutes left....up 2 scores and they had 2 time outs left.

A rest before traveling to LA.   From there...

At Baltimore, Washington...home against Carolina, Pittsburgh, Dallas and NYG.

The travel part here at the end absolutely in our favor.

I loved all these 1pm games early in the season. Definitely helped.  

The good thing vs Baltimore... they have their bye week 14... we are their 13th straight game....they have to travel back from LA after a Monday night game.  

After our Sunday night game vs the Rams... we are all Sunday afternoon the rest of the way...6 games , 4 home and 2 close travel games to Baltimore and DC.

Yeah they can't do math either I guess Down 16 is 2 TD's and 2 2pt. They still had a chance and it ain;t over till it's over. When they got the the 5 I would have used one of my 2 TO's there. Get the TD and 2pt play called together and saved the last TO in th event there was a successful onside. Long shot to be sure,but you have to give your team any chance they have and they failed

Really an all pro snag there,DeJean had great coverage. That was a perfectly thrown ball. Jayden is a rookie making pro plays. He's only going to get better

You were right about the early bye. Whatever was said in the locker rooms on the bye woke things up a it. It still seems to me we only start playing when we face adversity. But seriously,they did stuff Barkley up until that last 90 yard series. It was fairly bleak until then. But someone figured it out and once they did Bark was off to the races the rest of the way. I want a ring for Barkley. He carried the Gnats for years and now he has stellar top rate stats and he busts here also. The guy deserves a ring and we need to get him one. I died in fantasy playing Hurts(who did fair) DSmith got 2 points,McLuren 1 point and I think 6 from Goedert,so I thin at 7-3 I'm about to get a butt kicking this week lol

CIncy beat them(barely) Hopefully they are beat up more when we play them. More Dotson please,not alot but maybe 3-4 targets a game. I was pleased Hurts found Barkley in the MIDDLE OF THE FIELD. That's the stuff I want to see more of. D looked very tight all night,not much slop on their end. I'm going to try and stash them in fantasy on my bench if possible,they could be useful after the Ravens game for the home fantasy stretch. They are already on my scout team

I still like my LB round 1 pick. With him and Baun they would be a nice pair of LB's and get Trotter in there also

I hate Thursday night football. 

Games are usually not played well. Nice to have a long break before going to LA though

They said Barkley had 7 outside runs and it was like 45 - 50 yards. They weren't stuffing Barkley.   A RB is allowed to run 5 or 6 times and only get 2 yards.  Not the end of the world, especially with 2nd and 7 or 8.  

Check the two series where we punted.  6 plays then punt.   Barkley 8 yards, then 1, we get 1st down... then 3 pass plays without a run...then punt.

Then 3 and out.... 1st down incomplete...2nd down Barkley for 6 yards....3rd down incomplete. Then punt.

They weren't stopping Barkley.  We stopped giving him the ball in those two sequences before the punt.

Then the missed FG after the flee flicker...   3plays in a row Barkley runs get the first down... 7, 2 and 3 yards.. .then minus 13 on a 1st down flee flicker...going back from their 36 to 49 yard line. 

We got in trouble 3 drives because we forced Hurts to pass... just dumb.   When we run Barkley, and mix in Gainwell... pass less ...we move the ball and score more.  

That's the formula.
