They pretty much gave up tying to teach him,so this is the best Hurts we will see. Thankfully Howie surrounded him with talent so he can't fail Not coaching our O to grow…is exactly the drawback of Siri’s one step at a time approach.

Which young guys are NOT growing??? We didn't draft any high O picks,so we can't tell who is or is not growing on the PS since they don't play

We tried the complex plays and Hurts was tossing picks out the yingy,so we went back to the KISS offense

He still runs backwards turning his back to the defense. That is disaster for a QB. Run sideways or throw the ball away. The big picture is Hurts has reached his ceiling and all we can do now is keep him surrounded with superior talent and keep his passing limited which is why Bark is most of our offense. Now that Hurts throws less, his passes are crisper and he had some confidence. That is the best we can expect

Just short sighted otherwise SO why should I plan 3 weeks ahead when one of the stars gets hurt and I have to redo all my plans, then another and those plans need redone. It's a stupid waste of time to plan more than 2 week ahead and the only time you need to do that is on a short week, but not that the Thursdays games are done, there is no need to do that even

December 4, 20241 yr Look there just have to be a balance. You always are trying to win each week. Just a matter of whether you are ignoring the bigger picture needs.

December 4, 20241 yr Author Now you can of course argue that we are thin at a few spots, that's fine, the bigger picture would be and always is to fill holes or improve a position, but that's an annual thing
December 4, 20241 yr Been consistently believing our season will be defined by how far we develop in Moore’s O
December 4, 20241 yr Author Your PANIC over losing Kelce is/was unfounded and Jurgens will get better as he takes snaps. RG was an issue for me,but so far the play there is adequate(not outstanding but adequate). Cox is probably the most missed for me,but again you can't live in the past you plan for who you HAVE

December 4, 20241 yr Author BTW as far as Fangio, the secondary got a huge boost on draft day and there was no way for them to go but UP

Just stated that I expected a dropoff from Kelce. Just obvious simple basic stuff you argue against always.

He’s calling the shots and has more power than we’ve seen. There are just so many facets to football than only personnel.
