All of them.... when I was 10 years old the 76ers won the NBA championship,  not a soul in the world doubted they were the best team in the world.   That's why I watch sports to see the best.

That's what I want for my Philadelphia teams, to win championships without any doubt they are the best team.

Whoever it is, let's go.

I mean 26 points by our O with Pickett and sounds like should have been more if Smith didn’t drop a pass at the end…Really don’t think can ask much more from a backup QB that came in cold for a gameplan made for our starter who had a completely different skill.

The skins had FIVE turnovers. FIVE. Eagles SHOULD have scored 50. 33 points. Hurts scored 7. Pickett went in with the ball on about the 20. Threw a good pass and scored. Barkley then runs an 80 yarder. So that’s 21 points you can’t give Pickett much "credit” for. Did I mention the skins er commanders or whatever you want to call them had FIVE turnovers?. A good offense turns that alone into at least 24 points….so should have scored 45 at a minimum. They already had 21.

Joe made a valid point that the game plan was made for Hurts. I’m sorry. Pickett isn’t Hurts, so run the offense that Pickett can run. That’s not rocket science. Do we really think the players don’t know the other plays? Seriously? If they don’t then they are not bright people. Making $10-40 million/year….they better know all the plays!

Ok...let's calmly examine and take the irrational emotional female type response and leave that aside for a minute

5 turnovers... what happened after each

TD.... TD.... punt after 37 yards ( starting from their own 10)  ..  missed FG....   and FG after Smith drop

So first 2 resulted in TDs.... really can't do more than that

3rd one they started from their 10... really can't say that's any advantage there

4th one, sure midfield they could have driven more than 6 plays and gotten a FG attempt

5th one... Smith drops the ball.

So you want to blame Pickett for not scoring from a drive starting from their own 10.... or the 4th drive not getting closer FG attempt.

I'd say the missed FG would be legit... rationally and logically speaking without the emotional part skewing the thinking... you could easily make an argument they could have gotten an additional 3 points.  But 50.... lol.   That's an emotional reaction or having an agenda.

Pickett or any other backup getting 33 points...executing on two consecutive 4th downs in the 4th quarter... holding the ball 8 minutes on a second half drive... and having an excellent WR drop the ball at the end..... that's plenty good enough to win the game.

But we see here how illogical and emotional our fanbase can get trying to place blame there.

Again... you have a game plan for thr week.  You practice those plays.   That's what you run in the game.  Did they make adjustments taking some of those plays out, the designed QB runs...absolutely.  Do they completely run different plays ...nope.

Logical thinking....without emotion is missing here.

You gotta love the passion and emotion from Eagles fans.... my favorite ...

Kelce, Mailata and Lane have a Christmas album featuring Stevie Nicks,  Boys II Men, Bon Jovi...etc.

" well they need to stop making music and concentrate on playing football "

But they do the album in the summer before the season....  " I don't care they need to just concentrate on football and stop being distracted "

But Kelce is retired and the other two are playing dominant football.... " it doesn't matter, they need to be just concentrating on football now not music"

LOL

Merry Christmas everyone!

I had to pull the plug on my dad on Dec 15th 1993. He wasn't just my dad,we were best friends. Hardest thing I ever had to do. The second hardest was returning his Xmas gifts. We both watched together in dismay, the Heidi bowl. Mom was a Squeelers fan( born in Altoona PA). Dad was a Browns fan. As the family blacksheep, I felt it my duty to root for someone else and in 1971 I became a birdhead and I never stopped
