IDK Kelce can light it up- with TD's,but they have weak WR"s so teams should pay him more attention. IDK what the scoring system is

Same as usual... you just don't focus on the little stuff like during the season. Basic strategy is getting the studs that play multiple games.

Sometimes it just falls in your lap through process of elimination.  You try to combo if you can...the one year I crushed it with Warner and Fitzgerald with the Cardinals. Those two alone without the other 7 won it for me.

I was super high on this real small school CB. So high on him in fact I mostly just doubted he’d be around for our pick. I highlighted for all here very much, ahead of the fantastic choice by Fangio, all about this kid…QUINYON MITCHELL! From freakin’ Toledo I dug him up. Q’s been unbelievable from the jump.

Check Advantage: I don’t even know how many points I get here for this one. A beast outside CB from Toledo in the draft.

Seems like I’ve been pretty on things.

I was in favor of paying the RB…which is a cheap position that can touch the ball plenty. You were totally against paying a RB. Stated it was all Oline and just any committee will do. Touted Gainwell and just somebody else as the committee.

Saquan paid. Should/could have broke the all time rushing record. What an effect on the team.

                 No Mas -3

10 wins.. lol

Hurts just needs to play average and they should win at least 12... check

Obsessing over the LBs... vs me saying Fangio's history with LBs... check

" we can't underestimate the loss of Kelce and the intangibles".. vs me saying Jurgens was good at G, now he plays his natural position.... check

" I'm not sure about Barkley,  Howie dud something wrong we will lose a draft pick...  Gainwell will probably lose his job as the #3"

Vs me... Barkley changes things , Gainwell is your #2, the anal Howie wouldn't break a rule...   check

" we are just not preparing for the playoffs " vs going into the playoffs with all 22 starters ready to play...  check

Ham... not a good year for you bro... too much fear that you missed everything right in front of you.  Too much lust for Hurts and misplaced anger towards the coach.   Too emotional and not logical.

We all live and learn.

But hey... that Giants fan that Siri had to put in his place for interrupting his meal ... that's important... lol

Would you rather face the Bucs, Rams or Vikings? Feel free to rank the matchup potential(all assuming we beat the Pack)

The legendary Cunningham... couldn't even feel confident that this lock down CB....and the best QB in franchise history could win 10 games???.

With this schedule and talent ???

Legendary...just legendary

Week 6....or weak 6?

10 wins wasn’t spot on. But you’re acting like I stated we’d suck or something and only get 4 wins. I predicted 10 freakin’ wins. That’s a good season. But …glad our team did so much more in that department. Fantastic..to be wrong…on the low side. Hooray!

No matter,I feel we can beat them all. US/Lions would be a classic war of attrition

" I predicted all these draft picks were good...we have the best QB in franchise history... a real DC now...

But only 10 wins?

123 Had DeJean from the beginning. I liked him,but once again NOT a position Howie ever went high on. IDK who talked some sense into him especially taking them 1/2

Dude... you think the QB is God... and could only win 10 games with this team?

The rest of us know the supporting cast is arguably the best in the league and the QB played average on the way to 14 wins... really should have been 16 if not for 2 easy drops.

He was a round 1 on ALL sites . It's sometimes risky taking a small school player since they rarely face anyone playing in a small school league and alot of times they have problems transitioning and TBH I never mentioned any CB's because Howie never drafted any in round 1 before. it was a historic pick for Howie

He got there to round one….wasn’t the case …until the end. Still…he lasted that long. Shows the bias and why he fell….could have potentially fallen much further if Fangio didn’t have the balls. But then we know he has. Great selection by him on Baun. Most looking decisions by Fangio looking great on his whole season. Got me pumped to see what Jalyx can do!

LMAO we just showed how BACK UP QB's can do as well(and Tanner played with the 2's and 3's) so we have an excellent FRANCHISE supporting cast for a mediocre QB who was forced to stop playing hero ball. Hurts IS best at the tush push

How do you not know? Hiring Fangio meant giving up plenty of power by Rosie. We full on made Fangio D moves this offseason.

I'll give you Hunt. I thought he could be had later, but he is turning out well. I never really had early round choices. I just thought ASmith would be great for us. I suppose time will tell. He had a rough beginning

Sure but Howie makes the picks not Fangio. I'm glad Howie took his advice this time

I’m far from perfect. But I still struck pretty big on much of my predictions and opinions this season. You won’t to try and skewer me for predicting us a 10 win NFC East Champ playoff team. Go for it.

I mean... we won 11 last year by some miracle with that roster and schedule.

You can pick every weakness and see how it was addressed in the offseason ...how do you predict 10 wins with this year's schedule?

Weaknesses...Byard, Bradberry, Maddox... insert CGJ and the stud rookies

LB... insert Baun, Trotter and White.

The Georgia kids all getting more experienced

The addition of Barkley

More OL depth.

Two competent coordinators

While thinking the QB can turn water into wine...

But only 10 wins?

We had 11 last year....with a tougher schedule and no where near as good or deep of a roster... plus we were way too old last year.

Two awful coordinators

How do you justify going backwards to 10 wins?

The number 10 in and of itself isn't bad... but to ignore the context of coming off an 11 win season and making drastic improvements in so many areas...with a weaker schedule.

Just brutal negativity there.  Obviously impacted by some childish hatred toward the coach.

This season you pretty much were awful...let's be honest.

If I recall the "franchise QB" led the league in picks up to that point

I'm not sure... all I know is he probably has the least since... and the team didn't lose with him starting and finishing a game.

To me,I always thought that was his strength.   He came in opposite of Wentz hero ball... as the team got better around him the success came. Last year something changes...maybe him or maybe front office or coach forcing the idea he is a star, and they tried to pass so much. That's not his game.  The simpler we keep it, running the ball and keeping manageable 3rd downs...he becomes a problem for the opponent when the combo of his running ability and protection of the ball, along with the excellent short yardage accuracy....all that is tough to stop.

If he plays like game manager Brady... but with the ability to run.  How do you stop our offense?  They will wear you down.

1. Bucs

1 Rams

1. Vikings

All the same at the Linc.

Which of those teams would prefer to face us compared to each other or the Pack?

WR-I really like Restrepo for us(slot). But he is one of those "tweeners" that should go early-mid 2. I don't see a reason to reach for him in 1,but if he makes it to late 2 I sure would kick those tires. He reminds me of Pearsall. We should probably consider adding a decent TE. RT would be another area I would look at for Lanes replacement when he hangs it up. Edge and DT always on Howies list

We have Dotson, Smith and the big guy Johnny...I forget his name... I don't see WR being drafted next year... if so it will be late day 3 pick.
