So the question has to be our the WRs not getting open or is Hurts not making the throws? #6 was the safety even rewatching that play Hurts could have thrown the ball to Geodart over the middle. It was an avoidable safety and even with missed block Hurts still had over 3 secs to throw

Watching the Ravens do a similar play with Mark Andrews though to protect Lamar does beg the question why we don’t try another player.

January 21, 20251 yr Sometimes it tough with the route concepts. Because he’s having to throw on third downs. So he pretty much has to look at the guys going past the sticks as first reads. But the guy getting open short obviously would be a throw that would have to occur early.

Becton missing his assignment on the sack that originally appeared to be Gainwell. .. his illegal man downfield on the Goedert yac creation play...and Lane's false start. 3 mistakes that you could easily say took 11 points off the board. That's mental stuff....to me I don't worry as much about the physical stuff, especially if its an OL getting beat on a pass rush... the other side is human too , we can't expect all 5 guys to win and dominate each pass rush...but I think knowing your assignment and not going offside or down field can be expected.

Really going to test our guys on just how great of pros can they be. Daniels is a complete shift from Stafford.

Carter seems to be doing really well where he is at ...over the RG...I'm not changing that

Are we utilizing a spy….or if you can force to one side it should assist that second level defender plan on him.
