Here's one Joe asked too. If Hurts runs the offense how did we win 2 games without him?

The 67 points in 7 quarters vs Washington and Dallas with the backups was what I look at.   If CGJ doesn't get ejected and we don't give up 22 points in the 4th Q vs Washington.. . People would be looking at how great our backups were.

So what about ranking the RBs today?

I got Barkley and CMC ( when healthy) as the two that make the most impact.  Let's not forget Barkley was a beast as a receiver with the Giants too.

Henry gives you the modern day Dickerson...short yardage,  can break one...but also carry a load.  Problem is you need a 3rd down compliment. I got him 3rd.

The rest ... a group of them I would interchange a bunch behind those 3. Nothing I would overpay though.

I would probably place Gibbs at 4

The BU's did very well. McKee had the 2's and even did well. IDK what he could do with the likes of AJ, Smitty and Goedert at his disposal

Wuss DC said they will HIT Hurts as a RB if he runs. Sounds like a threat to me. You just put a target on your boys back. Bring it. Toothpick JD will snap like a twig if Carter hits him

And when he was saying it all I could think was… You have a QB who runs too. A young rookie QB who hasn’t yet had to prove his toughness…

I'm not counting the meaningless Giants game....67 points in 7 quarters when the other teams were still trying and the games meant something. Wash and Dallas

All I could think was.....they want Hurts to stay in the pocket because they don't fear his passing.   That's why he had to say this BS

You can guarantee that if the only thing standing in the way of the Commies going to the Super Bowl is Jalen Hurts, they will gladly take the 15 yard penalty to get him out of the game. They have some dirty players on their defense. I expect them to target Saquon as well.

I mean with the way our passing game has looked pretty sure nobody fears our passing game lol….  But bigger concern is how is the knee for Hurts can he even run? If he can how effective will it be? On top of the big shots I’m sure Washington will be looking to deliver even if he runs

Think Bijan could be in that CMC/Saquon group eventually not there yet but the skills are there it’s just will he take that next step

If you're head hunting, it's pretty stupid to announce it. Difference between head hunting and trash talking. So now the entire city is going to be even more fired up,but maybe the refs will call them for any little thing. Idiots never know when to keep their mouths shut

I will count it, for the sake of McKee because it meant something to HIM. Beating the gnats 1's,with other BU's looks good on a resume

Right... for me only counts when it means something to everybody.   Bu he is your boy, so rejoice.    Point is, the offense still performed... 67 points in 7 quarters without Hurts vs Washington and Dallas.

Escaping possible sacks too

If you count McKee vs the Giants... it lowers the numbers.  67 points in 7 quarters vs 87 points in 11 quarters.    IDK if I want to puff my chest out about McKee getting 20 points the entire game vs the Giants.

Without Hurts vs Wash and Dallas... it translates to over 38 points per game  ..... Do we really want to puff out the chest with McKee getting 20 vs the Giants?   That's half as good as the the other two games

It was with the 2's. He didn't have our top guys in. Shipley was the RB not Bark, AJ ,smitty were not in many of the D guys were BU's which allowed the gnats to stay on the field And BTW I like the kid but he isn't "my boy" just yet lol

Why do I feel like the Washington DC comments are more directed at KC then us with the way Mahomes loves to take advantage of flags getting thrown for him slowing up on the sideline, fake slides etc. and defenses scared to hit him because of the flags.

Mahomes should be up for an Emmy as best NFL whine and flop. That should actually be a challengeable offense with a penalty if found "excessive"

Anyway it was all reviewed many times and found both calls were correct(although I still personally disagree). Not my circus, not my monkeys LOL

Jake Elliot misses an extra point
