AJ stated all the things I said. He was talking about the O. It’s only your agenda Hurts Hating clouding your judgement.

Of course Hurts is far from perfect. But we’ve see both playoff game these issues are consistently occurring. Passing game issues aren’t just Hurts Hater related. Just the facts. Really should just be fairly basic obvious stuff to conclude here.

Every sack against the rams minus 1 Hurts had 3.5 secs or more to throw the ball…. Again that is way longer then the avg time to throw in the NFL.

Blaming the OL is just real laziness… even the safety were there was definitely a miscue on blocking Hurts at like 3.2 secs in the pocket.

Now the bigger issue seems to be guys not getting open and Hurts not throwing the ball

I’m saying it’s all the above. Just haven’t put things all together. Easy for the D to confuse our Oline, our receivers not adjusting in the same page with the QB(whether it’s the QB or receiver in the wrong it’s always hard to conclude)….but there are some ‘tells’ our opponents are picking up on in the passing scheme…too many times the coverage is very prepared for what’s coming.

Then you have the QB not having the experience running the plays against all the different D looks. So in some cases here you’re taking the first time Hurts has faced the situation….not the usual recipe for the best quickest decision making.

But it isn’t lol again over 3 secs consistently in the pocket and that was against the Rams who had the best pass rush in the playoffs….just saying oh the OL was bad they let up 7 sacks is just lazy the reality is one of those sacks was realistically on the OL the rest were avoidable

First time what Hurts has been a starting QB for 5 years now in the NFL…. Need to stop treating Hurts with the training wheels my guy he isn’t some green rookie

My agenda was saying that Hurts was not one of the main issues on Sunday...but that can't ever be good enough for you until someone says Hurts is perfect.  He was ok Sunday...his mistakes were not as important as the other players. However vs Carolina...he was the main problem.

They are not constantly occurring.

How many snaps over 2 games was our OL confused?   Come on now... relax with that.  Becton being down field and Lane false start was nothing to do with the defense confusing them...that was 8 points off the board.

You are triggered on the sacks... because Hurts was at fault for some of them...let it go... the sacks were less or an impact on the scoreboard...all 7 combined didn't matter as much as the down field,  false start or drop from AJ did on the scoreboard.

You can stop defending him... move on.

The last sack.... completely the fault of the play calling.   You call a bootleg on a play where you don't want to stop the clock...Hurts has no choice but to take the sack.

That's a bad play call when it's better for the QB to take a 12 yard sack than it is for him to throw it away.

That's not OL, that's not WRs, that's not QB....that's all play calling on that one!

After next year.....5 years for Siri as coach.. be curious to measure him vs Campbell in Detroit and the great O minds in LA and SF.

Jury is out...still got more to do in the next 16 days... but curious to see how it shakes out.  Keeping receipts on all the idiots worried about dumb crap with Siri but giving the other guys a pass.

I just want to see SMART solid Elgses ball playing. Cut out the bonehead stuff and they can't win. Although anything can happen in any game, I believe they are overmatched by us. I would like to avoid quick 3 and out's because we ran 3 pass plays in a row. Let Bark bang away at their D line. Even if they manage to slow him up they will be beat up for the 2nd 1/2. I want to see them run out of gas by the 3rd 1/4. Ball control Benjamin, ball control

Darius Slay's time with the Eagles almost ended after the last Super Bowl. He was ready to sign with the Ravens. Then security chief Dom DiSandro called and convinced him to stay.

First time our whole O has been running Moore’s O. Key being WHOLE O

Snaps performing all the passing plays in Moore’s O? Feels like a large chunk of his playbook the answer would actually be zero.

That’s two right there with Becton. Him getting decorated thrown several yards back and completely blocking nobody reading his assignment incorrect. What about the third…the safety where him and Cam both missed blocking Gallimore up the gut?

Three examples right on Becton alone of a defender charging right up the gut not being slowed. Took me like two seconds to  just pull out those three easily.

But you aren’t listening if you are only hearing it’s Oline issues.

Not constantly for sure. The D has played Hurts with a Mush Rush as Washburn coined the term. The Oline has dominating pass blocking moments also. The O is clearly been missing the repetition and experience facing all the different scenarios.

It’s pretty unreal that we should he heading to and winning the SB even with these very basic problems and issues.

Just easily highlighted three right on Becton just in the Rams game blocking nobody. Well…he did block Gainwell from assisting.

It’s not the sacks being all the problems it issues. You’re just wrong there. More just our O being all on the same page with having a good pass concept in a good situation being a good playcall.

Like this play…how long should Hurts hold the ball? I actually like this playcall. Stacked up all the other targets on the left. Got AJ one on one. That’s what we are looking for, right? So why would you expect Hurts to not wait until AJ makes his move downfield? That’s the whole play design setup…supposedly fairly ideal. It’s not a five yard route by AJ for him to make his move. No way for any QB to expect his 360 pound G will get launched several yards in the air to give up an easy inside rush by the very athletic freak Verse.
