Huff has been very disappointing after looking like he had major upside with the Jets. ASmith also disappointing. I believe he is on or near the bubble also

Could see the Eagles moving up or down neither would not shock me trade down makes a ton of sense load up on picks for future years... but we all know if a guy starts to fall that we really like Howie will move up to secure him.

You know….its actually a bit less predictable than it’s ever been. Fangio got him to go outside his norm. Look how things are turning out. It’s possible Rosie might be changing and adapting his thinking here. He even paid a RB. Drafted two DBs to start the draft. On D it’s mostly Fangio’s call. Rosie makes the call on O.

did they not run practices together since the spring throughout the preseason though? Didnt we also have joint practices this year(I could be mistaken this for last year)? The Eagles staff valued the joint practices more then the actual preseason games which they have stated.....Then lastly 17 GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! of the regular season..... We are not some young green team that is playing the first game under a new coaching staff we have had an entire damn season 18 games played

Like I mentioned right there where you quoted me we had one single joint practice this offseason

I'm still enamored with WR Restrepo as a slot pick from the Miami Hurricanes. I think it's a perfect fit. I like Wilson we have now. IMO we have too many slot guys that aren't producing. Cut the dead weight. Restrepo could be a 2-3. If he falls into 3 I would take a shot, but I know we need other spots filled. But if he is the BPA who knows?

The excuses you give are just sad your telling me athletes that are making millions of dollars that have been in the NFL for years cant figure out a playbook in what 6+ months???? with 18 games played under their belts?

I am. Totally different taking a play…in a scheme …and adjusting under fire to all varying scenarios. We haven’t been growing under this scheme at maximum pace either. Not even close. Just how high this teams potential has been. Can we win the SB with mastering only a very tiny portion of the playbook? We sure are in one heck of a position to do just that!

Really good at finding spots in seams

It just is what it is. I’m kind of surprised you are even considering debating this fact. FL not surprising…he endlessly debates over long running fundamentals of football. You I feel know this is true.

But you don't think this sounds pompous?

FL and BG both stating we should have ironed things out during PS games our starters didn’t even play in sounds very agenda driven, I don’t see it as pompous at all I pointed out indisputable fact proving their statements incorrect. Our starting O didn’t play together in PS games. If he just paying attention pointing out pure fact is pompous? Then so be it. I just view it as paying attention.

The guys that have been around here for years need to play in PS? Do they forget everything they know?

I’m surprised you ran out of excuses for Hurts you have to reach this far to make up one…. 5 year pro that has been in the offense since the offseason is seeing things for the 1st time… This is honestly the worst and saddest excuse you have ever used for Hurts he shouldn’t be in the nfl if this is even remotely true.

Basically saying he can’t learn an offense in over 6 months

No I point out that we have been using the offense since the spring and have played in it since then using it as some excuse now for the playoffs is just pathetic

Yeah....don't think Slay will coach.   Not the lifestyle I see for a guy who has to be obnoxious enough to have everyone call by his last name

Yet he’s been pointing out how he’s basically been taking on that role as a player coach already. Been playing through injury. That’s had to be tough this season. He’s a very intelligent guy also. Already talked about walking away from playing knowing he’s at the end. Maybe even inspired by Neon Deion. Obviously it’s just my opinion…but I totally can see it.

I’ve never in my 30+ years of being a fan have I ever heard a single person say a team can’t learn an offense in over 6 months then try and use it as an excuse for the NFC championship game

Only the Eagles though.... the other teams have no issues because of the " great O minds"

The top O minds situation throughout the league has basically been exactly the discussion I’ve been bringing up. It’s how things work. Who’s most likely to get hired as the new HC over the top O mind?

Why are you still talking about a couple of plays?   Ones that didn't impact the scoreboard like a bunch of others ?

You are going way out if your way to implore us all to NOT give Hurts any blame at all for those 7 sacks!

Why?  Why is it so important to you that Hurts takes zero blame on all 7 sacks?

I exactly posted a video claiming this is a sack I blame Hurts on. Not a strong post by you. But can’t blame you for trying.

Here a sack I see as Hurts fault.

Guess you missed my post doing exactly what your agenda is saying I didn’t do.

Just went ahead and quoted myself to save you the time of digging up old post from yesterday….or ten maybe ago…either/any/ all

I agree with the part BG put things as "lazy”. Really shouldn’t have been applied to me. But is exactly applicable to the Hurts Haters.

I think the Cowpies were the last one

Saints is the last one. How  about Drew Brees?

Think Dejean could play either just thinking his impact is felt more inside…. An underrated part of his game is the ability to provide run support he is a good tackler and isn’t afraid to be physical…. And being in the nickel so much that is huge asset

Slot CB has always been that lesser prioritized position of the DBs. Become such a bigger factoring position…I’d say since Brady times of taking over the league. What he really liked to expose as a flaw in the logic of old school D thinkers scheme and team building wise.

Really could be setting up that huge versatility situation going on. Him and Q have the flexibility to move. Fangio is just the guy that could maximize that.

I lived in Ohio from 1956 to 1994. The dress code was relaxed about 20 years ago, where ya been?

Yeah once again you missed the forest for the trees. Really such a consistent issue with you. Wonder you’ve made it this far.

We put up 30 points on them twice. I don't think lack of offense is an issue.Neither were 6-3 battles

They’ve been putting up points even more. I’m seeing it as being an issue if AJ doesn’t show up this game. They put up 36 on us last time. Washington has really been improving all season.

But glad to hear you stating our O isn’t an issue in your opinion,
