March 6, 20251 yr At some point you will figure out that everyone contributed to the success of this era.. the owner, the GM and the coach being the biggest factors in setting up the roster and the culture...which includes the assistant coaches, trainers and everyone else within the organization.

Why does there have to be " greatness " why can't he just be a good head coach?

Now you are getting much warmer on the collaborative efforts of the whole organization coming together for success. I do believe this. I don’t place Siri at the high spectrum of his greatness being the main engine of propulsion to our success. But do think pretty much the growth and improvements across the board being the catalysts to success.

March 6, 20251 yr But it’s key to have an understanding about things to know how to improve…and just to know what guys are good at..and things they aren’t. Which is just how most everything is. Nobody all fantastic and perfect..nobody all terrible and wrong…mostly some of good and bad. Which is what my opinions always reflect. I point out the good…and the bad…every step along the way…calling it like I see it.

I don’t place all bad on Siri that occurred. It was a very difficult task that Moore was put in charge of. He wasn’t just allowed to bring in and install his O. He had to blend his O with our existing plays. He did a remarkable job. But I don’t believe it just was done perfectly in the offseason. It was a work in progress. Putting up points and controlling the clock is pretty much what you would use to measure an offense...yes. Those are the two aspects that matter. They didn't do it at a dominating fashion vs Carolina and first playoff game after 3 weeks of not practicing together and everyone recovering from injuries. Hurts, AJ,Smith and Goedert. The rest of the games they were pretty dominant offensively scoring points and controlling the clock.

That’s our situation. Understanding the strengths and weakness makes things pretty apparent of answering the results.

Crushing the G-men for the Saquan Game….doesnt do much of anything towards developing our Os season potential. I’m glad it happened and he got that moment. You actually were the one bashing our QB over it.
March 6, 20251 yr But we can come back to you constantly trying to dig this up later. Plenty of NFL news and things going on right now. Put a pin in you constantly trying to drag this up…for the slower news times. They are a comin’
March 6, 20251 yr "No Mas , you peasants are all fooled by those 60 points they scored last game, but only I with my greatness can see the faults I'm the offense " They missed a block on one play...that can't ever happen.
March 6, 20251 yr " No Mas... they scored 60 points in spite of the head coach... only I with my ultimate wisdom and corporate espionage equipment know the real story "

But went to the SB before and after those moments with another man…two different men in fact…just average OCs.
March 6, 20251 yr 2021...the year in review Chapter 1 = how the world was dealing with Covid Chapter 2 = Sirianni gave up play calling after going 2-5 Chapter 3 = tensions rise between Russia and Ukraine
March 6, 20251 yr I’m very fully credited Siri growing up fighting through facing being fired as our whole teams galvanizing moment towards our Championship season!
