I believe we are still a "QB factory" We put confidence back into Picketts game. Enough that he went elsewhere after failing in Pitts. Our O line makes QB's look so good. Howie saw McKee budding as I did. Even as the 2 he should get a few chances to bloom. If he blossoms if Hurts goes down, there is another QB we can sell off because I would love to see McKee play with the 1's. There are a few late QB's in this draft worth of a look in round 5. Bring them along as we have done with others. I would have NP at all if we took Riley Leonard(ND) off the board with a 5 pick. Dude has serious upside and I'd love to add him to the QB room

Before last season under Moore none of our other QB options were performing better for us. Shew, Mariota..even a day three draft pick all looked much better elsewhere. The O mind and coaching abilities of Moore and Coach Doug clearly made a difference.

So now we have Moore understudy. I expect the QB factory to continue on

I would hold out for Nolen at 32,if he gets taken I trade out of round 1 altogether and do what my new mocks shows. Only Howie knows if he is worth trading up for

Are you referring to the guy that’s been here all along under Siri…or the Bowling Green coach?

Howie has most positions covered for 3 rounds running,so if we miss we go to the next option later

The new OC who assisted Moore

Bowling Green not exactly in a powerhouse league, so IDK what "magic" he can bring to us

Patullo that’s been Siri’s right hand man all along

Where the QB factory clearly wasn’t churning except for last season with Moore and Coach Doug. But those guys had to teach Siri and Patullo some things….at least massively upgraded the playbook and created an actual scheme for the O to work with.

Nah,they pulled Hurts errant passing schemes for the KISS offense. Should be easy for Patullo do duplicate that especially with Dillion in a relief role for Bark. "Run the ball" takes no offensive genius,it just takes execution

It’s called coaching….he’s had plenty of time to have been doing that himself

And Patullo saw Moore say "OK I give up, let's go to the KISS offense"

They’ll try and keep rolling from what Moore contributed as long as they possibly can obviously…kind of like how they did in 2023….kept rolling with Steichen setup for them as long as they could.

Only 4 years into coaching, this is year 5 and he's been promoted every step of the way. If he was crap he would be gone by now. Noone starts out their coaching career as an OC. It has to be earned like everything else
