During the two seasons in which he’s been healthy, Green has finished with a sub-40.0 PFF overall grade — and was ranked as the second-worst qualified offensive lineman in the league in 2024.

If he works his ass off he could play, maybe even get another BU contract, but we denied picking up his 5th to get his arse motivated, so his future is really in his hands now. He can get in shape and resurrect his career,or he can fade off into the sunset

The rules are the NFL rules...not " according to Ham"

What do you want....you want agents and players never to be in the same room now, because the agent can use speaker phone. Lol

You don't think a 5th round pick is enough penalty because a player called a trainer about using the facility to workout or a player called the team directly to set up travel plans ....ALL AFTER A CONTRACT WAS ALREADY AGREED UPON!

I have no beef with the league...you still don't get it.   You have your own definition of tampering that you can't understand was never under investigation.   At no time was there any investigation of either Barkley or ATL players being contacted before the Monday.   All the investigation was about between the players agreement to the deals and the official league beginning on the Wednesday.

The NFL rules are the rules. What the heck are you talking about? Surely not what the actual rules are.

A fifth round pick for concrete self admission of three different  FA players tampering violations? Nah…if that’s the worst case scenario for blatant tampering citations with the top FA and two other guys…whose real worried about following the rules?

His pass blocking and decision making is frightening how terrible it is. I actually was kind of sticking up for him at first because you know Stout had a say in things. But how can you trust this guy with anything but a straight up run block? He will need a come to Jesus moment…or he shouldn’t even dress on gamedays. I’d rather have brought back Driscoll the way things look right now. Lord!

The more reviews and tape I see of Kenyon the lower he falls in my opinions. Should he even be ahead of Toth? Who as a pure G I’m believing would be behind Keegan. Who is behind Kinnard. WHO is behind Steen…who is behind Dickerson in the pecking orders here.

Putting up 70 points with BU's against ANY 2 teams work for me. Apparently not you as your blind agenda continues on unabated

As you respond to my post about how our backups QBs didn’t do that any other season under Siri…with my whole point being about what Moore brought to the table finally last season. You talk about last season under Moore. Great point…not!
But I also think this is highlighting how the whole O was being put together. Merging the two ‘schemes’ together in the offseason wasn’t perfect going into week one. I’m not even bagging on that much…I’m more just obviously understanding these facts…like..how could it be? Guys spend decades perfecting this…but You had some notion Moore should have accomplished and perfected it in a couple months…in the offseason…with no live fire experience. Sure

Oh but wait…there never is any thoughts about anything but blaming and bagging on Hurts for you. This slapped together merged O scheme Hurts was supposed to make look like it had been the Bill Walsh decades long perfected well oiled machine right from the first play ever attempted. That dang best QB leader we’ve ever had…why couldn’t he just have designed his own playbook and scheme and done all the coaches jobs for THEM too. What a slacker!

So in your understanding of the ACTUAL RULES….its fine for any GM to even speak about players under contract with another team? That’s what you’re saying the NFL rule book states?

I think this whole post is garbage, frankly. It’s not even what you mean. The rules…are clearly what I’ve been pointing out to you. Those are the actual rules. What you are trying to talk about isn’t the actual NFL rules…you are trying to talk about what the NFL actually tries to enforce…of their rules. Which is something very different than your comment all here is stating.

I give you an ‘A’ for persistence…on not giving up after a year pushing a bad point.

70 points in 7 quarters with backup QBs... because the team was gelling and getting better as the season was going along.... except one hiccup vs Carolina... which is understandable as they are only human.  They made their statements vs Baltimore, Rams, Pitts and Washington right when it mattered... the let down vs Carolina was understandable.   Just a masterpiece from day one of the offseason until the SB dominance.   Growing pains and injuries the first few games ... from there, pure masterpiece.  What a fun season!     Can't wait until this next one starts!!!

The " tampering"  was because Cousins wanted to workout at the ATL facility and because the other players called the team directly to set up flights, instead of having their agents handle it.

Why are you choosing to remain ignorant on these FACTS?

You just have one idea of " tampering" as just teams talking to players/agents to try to discuss contracts prior to the Monday.   Nobody cares about that, because they can't prevent teams from talking to agents about other things and then if a free agent is brought up, they can't prove anything unless they record conversations...which is a violation of civil rights.  They don;'t want to go there.  They want the attention on the league... they love the rumors and the news leaks leading up the the new league year... they just don't want official announcements or direct contact between teams and players they sign as FAs until that Wednesday.   Not difficult to understand.

Was a great point showing the team was grasping and perfecting the " Moore O" as the season was progressing.   And that there was nothing stunting their growth.  Absolutely great point by GB.

So you decided to draw the line between the actual NFL rules and Ham rules. So are you standing by the belief actual NFL rules allow talking about and negotiating contracts with players under contract with other teams…before the two day tampering window? You are standing by it’s just "Ham Rules” and not what the NFL rule book states still? Or would you like to completely change your statement now to more accurately reflect some differing opinion ?
PS: this is easy for me to prove I’m correct on

There is zero doubt I’m correct about the actual NFL rules on this. These aren’t some of my own made up rules. Dumb for you to even attempt to argue this point. The point you’re trying to argue…with somebody…who knows who? Is what the NFL actually enforces about following their rules. None of this has anything to do with me…it never did.

You have an obsession about teams talking to free agents prior to the Monday.   You refuse to acknowledge that there are other aspects to " tampering"  and that those were what was involved last year with Philly and ATL.

Your anal repetition and childish rants about the same thing over and over while refusing to understand the actual violations is tiresome.  " The rules state this"  ok... prove it!  Go ahead, without illegally recording a conversation between a team and an agent, go ahead and prove that a team spoke directly about a player who is a free agent prior to the Monday?   We know it happens, the league doesn't care... similar to when you drive 26 MPH in a 25 zone.. the cop isn't going to chase you down to write you a ticket for that.

Regardless... there are many other things that are considered " tampering"  ...understand what each case was about and then you can speak intelligently about them.

There is zero doubt... you still have zero clue what was being investigate last year in Philly and ATL

So why did the league ever even create a two day legal tampering window to negotiate with players under contract with other teams in the first place? You know…if the rules allowed it all along.

Which team was found guilty of discussing contracts before Monday?   Was that what ATL was found guilty of?

Listen to Rosie at the Combine interviews…he shuts down a reporter trying to get him to speak about another teams player. Because it’s against the rules.

So you need me to supply directly the NFL rules as you plead ignorance?

For attention... the league draws interest... they have more people watching the combine and the draft then playoffs of the other major sports.   They have a show to reveal their schedule... that's what the league does.   They want to get the news out there before it's made official.  Also allows teams to set up their cap prior to the league opening on Wednesday.

Why is it now obvious?

But why does it say 25 MPH if the cops are going to let you drive 26 or 27 MPH?

Correct, you can't talk publicly

So you are sticking with it’s fine according to NFL rules officially….to negotiate with players under contract with other teams..still? Outside of the two day official tampering window they specifically had to create…BECAUSE OF THE OFFICIAL RULES.

I need you to tell me what violation... what were the actions as to why ATL was fined last year for tampering?  What were the specific acts?
