It's a very simple question... what actions caused ATL to get fined? and were any of them due to anything prior to the " legal tampering period" WE all know the answer is no, you just refuse to acknoledge because of this obsession with negotiations having to start precisely on that Monday, like a school bell ringing to officially start something.
