Weird hearing Mailata just bowing down praise towards a defender owning him on calling the guy a freak. Said it went like lose, lose, lose, win in the reps. Then repeated something similar. Thought Mailata was The Freak. But shows the difference in tier levels.

Zac Jackson said Will Shipley would be the starter in Cleveland…could make the Pro Bowl. Some Brownie media guy I can’t even vouch for pretending I know or have heard of. But still gotta like that was anybodies take away from seeing joint practices.

Everybody here knows I’ve been real happy we drafted Shipley. Was exactly the perfect storm situation for me to not judge Shipley based on lack of rookie production. He so easily could have done so much more…in any other situation pretty much. So I’ve been sticking by steady on Shipley regardless. Been sounding good this whole TC surrounding him. Really been huge praise and plays being made by Shipley in the receiving game. Which is fantastic…but me nitpicking…I want more from him. Don’t just want him as a scat back…want him showing playmaking as a rusher as well. Very very key…in my book. But…haven’t really been hearing much about him doing that all TC.

Saquan stated Shipley is the best receiving RB of the bunch. Best route runner as well. So quality praise…from a guy that Shipley could eat into his opportunities. Saquan just isn’t a natural catching the ball…doesn’t really run routes exceptional.

Browns RB room has been strong for the most part. But…not sure they have much going on there this year. The praise for Shipley being their starter….might be because it’s such a low bar this season for them. Just volunteering the truth and facts. Though I’m a fan of Shipley…like how he seems to consistently be mentioned as making a quality few plays each practice. Just got to be real regardless. Not that guy letting his fanboyed emotions cloud everything. Heck…might be the most critical of him instead.

Hearing the praise routinely with Shipley receiving actually setting off alarm bells about our run blocking occurring. Don’t believe our Oline has been dominating mauling at levels we’re accustomed to expect this whole TC. No Dickerson or Lane hurts. Lost Becton. Cam is quality…but not that stud blazing paths dominating with that.

Always considered the dynamics and needs of who was next to Kelce at G. Feels very similar with Cam. Take away strongest G in Dickerson next to them really changes the whole situation.

Also made a ton of sense. AI is huge and getting nothing but bigger and bigger. Gotta respect AI powers and abilities.
