No moves,no frills, but he's tough as nails. He will bang you. Good body control. Not fast or shifty. he just gets you out of jams. A really good TE2 prospect

Philly’s 2024 first-round pick (No. 22 overall), 2024 second-round pick (No. 53 overall), 2024 fifth-round pick (No. 172 overall) and 2025 third-round pick
to Chicago in exchange for No. 9.

Would you make this trade?

1.   Absolutely never until pick 9 is on the clock ... you never trade this for a spot...you trade for a specific player.

2.   Which player is your target? For this package is it a QB, WR or DL?      The other positions you don't give up that much.

No,too much talent in this draft to start losing picks. If anything I trade back if it's possible to get your guy

With the thinking of possibly four QBs off the board before the pick…at 9 we’d be essentially looking at a top 5 player on our Big Board.

So you don't have the specific player in mind... just trading to trade?

Top 5 on Big Board isn’t enough?

Gotta love Hurts on Sportcenter talking about the energy Saquon brings into the room - would be nice to hear  Hurts get out of that laid back crap and show some energy!

No... not before seeing who is available.  If you want a trade... you set it up... then when 8 is on the clock you get team 9 on the phone....finalize it as soon as you see who is there.

What's significance does top 5 have for you over top 4 , top 6, top 8 etc?   Should be about a specific player.

Me inserting my own ranking of player I’m not sure really serves any purpose. I’d personally trade up for this guy or that. At 9 all kinds of top talent elite prospects to covet. But what matters is Rosie’s Big Board. For him to grab any player in his top 5 has massive value to me.

But you never give up that package without knowing exactly which player you are going to get.   Player #5 could never much lower than player #4 on their board...who knows?

Go look at last year's draft ... Carter with pick 9.   Would you make that trade up for him?   Then look at evety player in front of him...what if the draft went a different way...would you trade that package for all those players?

Can't do it without knowing who is there.

I’d agree with your logic and thoughts here on many trade scenarios. But …top 5 on your Big Board? That guy should very clearly be a stud…or your scouting stinks.

Top tier elite players in this draft for me would probably be: 2 CBs Arnold and Mitchell, TE Bowers, 4 WR Harrison/Nabers/Odunze/Thomas, T Alt

Say it's an OT or a WR.

Jags at 17 almost just have to draft a WR. Feel they are trading up to do so.

And losing all those other prospects? Very stupid. Top 5 in college is an automatic top 5 in the pros? You should know better by now that there are no guarantees. How did Wentz work out for you?

I’d pull the trigger on that trade

We did for Wentz. If he panned out your boy would not be playing. You're essntially giving up your entire draft for ONE GUY. Very stupid and I want to know the "genius" that pondered this BS and wrote the article, so I can avoid him in the future

Ridley left. Christian Kirk about all they have at WR. I wouldn’t settle for that if I was their GM. I’d make sure I got Trevor the weapon so he could make things happen.

Giving up one of the two second round picks we have…and a fifth. Key adding on a pick from next year’s draft. Which I have no problem doing to be going ‘all in!’

Far from giving up our whole lot of draft picks.

I see it as an easily affordable price for us to pay

They will probably take more than 1. They need Oline or Lawrence won't be able to throw to ANYONE. Nothing wrong with the WR's available at 17
