Good point. Also we need to understand despite being here awhile Patullo still has things to learn. The nuances of calling plays. he doesn't want to eff up and lose his job,so I suspect he will be tentative until he gets a feels for how players play. Watching is not hands on doing, so cut the guy some slack for a few games. As his confidence grows we should see more dynamic plays. Lurie loves giving people chances to perform and improve,so you can't expect a season pro out of the gate. If Carter returns we will have some semblance of a pass rush which will improve the defense for Vic, hopefully allowing more opportunities on offense. The first 5 games(well 4 more now) are a great test for Patullo. So far he is 1-0

Great news!!!!!! I hope he learned and comes back with a chip on his shoulder. If I was Dak I would worry about game 2. He will be in Daks head until then LOL

DeJean's intelligence about football grows every game. He is going to be a force for a long time. Kids a studyholic, he will watch any vid you give him. A true student of the game he loves. I suspect Bigsby will do return duty?

Hurts has been easy to criticize for running too soon in the past, but on Thursday he took what the Cowboys gave him when they gave it to him.

He sometimes is a ball hog. I never said that was a bad thing,but he does make plays and that's all that matters. Personally would like to see a few deep shots to keep their D's honest and open things up a little more. JMO

Worthy is out. He is a big target for Mahomes. Contain Mahomes, make sure Kelce is covered tight. Not worried about their running game. Snuff that out early and it's all birds. With Carter back in, Mahomes will be doing alot of running like in the SB. I have this marked as a W. Score early to take the 12th man out of the game. They don't like us much and we need to show them again why that is LOL

Bummer. Bigsby is just a mediocre answer. KO returns and be the third RB I’d assume instead of RB 2. Downgrade all the way! Shipley was ready to roll.

Bigsby had 766 yards 4.6 ypc and 7 tds last year on a bad Jags team far cry from mediocre…

Agree... Hurts best game mentally by far. Not a fan of the running QB... but on Thursday that was the gimme play. He took it and was patient waiting for Goedert to open.

Not the best strategy from the Dallas DC... but not our problem.
