No…talking about an actual plan

Specify what you mean... as they came out and scored a TD on the first 3 possessions... then opening drive of the 3rd quarter they kicked a FG after a 6 plus minute drive...

Im not sure what the fantasy is. Just scoring a TD on every drive pretending there aren't 11 guys on defense trying to stop them?

Even later if you watch the game chart...we passed the ball to move it to eat up clock. Pass to AJ was key in getting that game clinching first down.

The consensus of what im hearing...AJ wasn't moving great, Dallas was absolutely putting extra guys in coverage and allowing Hurts to scramble and run...

Idk.. I think at times we think it's a video game and expect perfection on the physical side. .it's why to me im looking at decisions in game management... that stuff you can control all the time. You can absolutely control your pace. You can't control who is going to win at the line each play or who will be able to get open or cover each play...or drops or bad throws.

The physical part isn't that easy, that's why only a small amount of players can make the league.

Clock management and common sense ...you can control that....every time

Wasn’t coming up with a real effective plan…we saw that much.

We scored on our first 4 drives can’t get more effective then that

Really... 3 straight TDs....a long FG drive...on the first 4 possessions and then one that took half the 4th quarter clock on the 5th.... and tbr final one that ran out the clock when needed?

Just not up to your standards on fantasy island?

Wasn’t because of a plan. It was Hurts completely just making it happen in unfavorable situations.

Jalen Hurts had to out make happen. The plan was far from the reason.

Passing game was total ass.... again

3rd and goal from the 4…Hurts made it happen for a TD.

3rd and five…Hurts makes it happen to convert. Then 2nd and goal from the 8…Hurts makes it happen for the score.

Yea Hurts made couple plays with his legs we going to ignore the other plays that put us in position to score though….

Strong runs??? Deep shot to Dotson??? Great catches by Barkley on bad passes???

Part of the gameplay is no doubt the expectation that Hurts is going to make some off script plays with his legs…

Then 10 yards out Barkley makes it happen for a score… Then Hurts takes a bad sack then ultimately leads to an Elliott FG from

50+

Look how the cowboys plan arranged Ceedee matching up with Adoree. We didn’t create things or scheme things up.

I mean hell both Hurts TDs he had time to throw but it’s no doubt coached that if you have a free lane run the ball….

The 2nd td the defense had there backs to Hurts on a rollout pass would have been stupid for him not to run…. These are things that are no doubt talked about and designed as part of the plan it’s a legitimate option if the passes are there don’t force it and pickup what you can

Our guys were covered just way too much. Cowboys coverage isn’t that all worldly great. They were on what we were trying to do.

First score it was two straight gives to Saquan he got stoned on. Then the pass play called? There was nothing..nobody open. It was completely up to Hurts there.

Yea terrible plan by Vic to allow the cowboys best WR to get matched up with adoree… I agree the D plan was horrible…. But the offense can’t expect much better then 4 opening drive scores week 1 with no PS games together

Yup defense completely covered every and didn’t spy Hurts nobody was watching him made for an easy run….

Kinda of the perk of having a mobile QB if defense commits to stopping the pass the running lanes are available

Not going to be able to rely on no plan just let Hurts make it happen

It’s is definitely a plan to utilize your QB biggest strength his legs…. You don’t think they are coaching the fact if everyone is covered to use your legs? Are we that dense?

Again the perk of the mobile QB is you have to use defenders to stop them which in turn opens up more in the passing game…. Guys focused on stopping the pass makes for an easy run if they were to focused on Hurts guess what those passes would be there…

Fairly simple concept but extremely hard to actually stop

Adorree you as a brilliant solution by Rosie. Why didn’t we just keep Isaiah who was right here and a known fit?

How about coaching some ways that guys will be open…that’s too much to ask?

How about using your players strengths both runs for tds we had Hurts roll out there was a clear design for Hurts to have to ability to run the ball if available

Our WR were not open…it wasn’t good. Can’t believe it’s just because Dallas is so lock down in coverage.

We didn’t have him rolling out. Nobody was open…so he had to just make something happen.

Definitely had him rolling out

Watch the film. They weren’t designed rollouts…nobody got open…he just had to make it happen. Story of the game.

TDs are easy to get hold of those highlights. Those weren’t rollouts.
