What's laughable is you are clueless as to how the staff in this organization works. Truly pathetic. Keep posting, the hole just gets deeper for you. Keep rolling, you are rolling in crap BTW LOL

Exactly….with last season a decent tier Moore gave a jump more than all the other years combined.

When Hurts tried the Moore offense he led the league in picks, until Siri and the O line pulled it back, do you watch the games?????(Hint,it was at the 1/2 of the Cleveland game)

Anyway done trying to explain this to a blocked mind that cannot comprehend. Moving on to THIS year............... Oh I forgot we re 4-0 with NO great O mind whatsoever

That was us going back to the more purely Siri O we got away from after those first several games of the start of his career. It’s always been Siri O. He brought Steichen with him. Johnson was brought in because of his family ties to our Franchise QB. Then Moore was massively tricked into constructing an actual beginnings to an O upon the twelve play one step not near to any scheme Siri existing O. Kept his terminology was the main key and goal.

Look this season I really do believe these one week at a time wins to start THIS season are crucial. Tough scheduling…

But make no mistake….this isn’t going good enough…got to do much more than what’s going on.

About 20 years go I went through something similar to what you just went through. Acute Pancreatitis that filled my body cavity with digestive juices from just below my lungs to just above my groin. In ICU for over two weeks on tube feeding while the fluid level in the body cavity slowly went down. Couldn't do surgery because the body fluids had softened up all the tissue and they wouldn't hold stitches or staples. You are right, the pain is pure hell. I'm so glad you made it through as well as you did. I know what you mean about the doctors and nurses.

Wow, you really endured a pure hell with that. You're a tough one. Thank you, I'm glad you made it too! You've been an enjoyable addition to this bored.

I’m going to fall right into this one….but I did absolutely love that movie. Glad you’re back….the crap I get just wouldn’t be the same without you

Thank you, that makes me feel good. That was a great movie.

Ok so I realize this quote is really going to blow you guys mind wide open but…here you go anyway:

"I go into the coaches' office at halftime [up 24-0 in the Super Bowl] and I get an opportunity to talk with him one-on-one, coach Sirianni. And I said, 'Hey, don't forget about, you know, the dagger. Don't forget about it." Jalen Hurts

Doesn’t blow my mind at all. He is simply doing what he would do in real time if the headsets supported two-way communication. It also doesn’t change the reality that the first person speaking in your posted video clip is Moore.

He is the HC,you DON'T go around the HC what can't you understand????

Don’t you mean, you don’t go around the DC? He is the direct superior of the Defense.

Depends on how Siri wants things done. He stated before he has an open door policy. Some bosses want you to come directly to them, others will say go to your immediate boss(DC/OC). Still either of those 2 can't just make decisions on their own. They need to talk to Siri, however it seems to me Siri wants things to come directly to him. Both ways work as long as the chain is understood by all parties

The Senior VP of my employer and I had that kind of open door relationship. He was three levels above me in the Organization Chart. However, that open relationship had its boundaries. We could talk about culture and startegic direction, and even specific strategic initiatives, but as soon as the conversation moved down a level from strategy to tactics/operation, we both explicitly knew that I had to work up through the chain of command. That is how corporations work. Ham doesn't seem to undrstand that, or he hasn't had to work within a hierarchically structured organization.

Watching Max Klare the OSU TE. He's pretty good. Blocking skills needs work like most college kids, but he's a great target. I doubt we waste a high pick on him though. If he is around in round 3 I would take a shot, but I don't see him lasting that long

He is definitely on my watch list.

Agreed.there are different ways to do upper level stuff. But the boss is the boss and you do it however they want to do it. I had bosses that would get mad if you didn;t come to them directly and those that got mad if you didn;t go to your immediate superior. It's just faster to go right to the decisionmakers. Sometimes the big boss if fine handing that off if he trusts his underlings enough

At the college level they really gave up teaching blocking skills. Some are ok at it, but I don't see any plug and play guys at this point

See what? The points and the wins?

Don’t confuse Ham with facts. His opinions give him warm fuzzies too much to let facts get in the way.
