Yes, in the standings a head to head win is worth 1 plus the tiebreaker (arbitrarily call that .5 win).

aW is W is a W. Obviously to win the division you need more W's than the others. That doesn't make their W's are worth any less

I don't care about Tampa... I just want to go 4-0. Tampa isn't an issue for me.

Well you have to care,if you lose you don't go 4-0

Once again it would be helpful if Evans or Godwin are out or even if they are not 100%. So far I believe Godwin will play. Evans is their star and he isn't looking good to play, but still early. Egbuka is breaking out, he will be hard to handle. Mayfield can run although he doesn't like to, so setting the edge and getting pressure on him will be a big deal for us. If we can get them in 3rd and longs we can blitz sometimes, but they have 2 capable RB's. It's going to be a trench war chess match we need to win

You almost got there at the end of your statement. We have to prove we can stop their rushing attack. That’s where they will try and gash us.

I doubt they will risk Evans for this game. Godwin was a FP but this will be his first game appearance in a year. Egbuka will be the go to guy,we need to stop him

The young new WR looks to be their future. Don’t underestimate him. He’ll be the Bucs WR threat for many years to come.

Yeah...as soon as Pryor was taken out and the offense could actually function.

What you missed because you blindly pointed at big picture scoring stats and those things is…..our O was not being given adequate competent levels to be executed. Hurts just bailing our O out playmaking in long difficult unfavorable situations isn’t an actual plan or scheme.

I disagree. Tampa is irrelevant. They beat us with half our offense missing last year. In 2023 we wouldn't have beaten a college team in the playoffs. The one game with AJ we won. Context matters. The one fair fight we won. The rest of the time we didn't have any weapons.

Context as in we couldn’t beat a college team with the predictable so low level O being run from Siri. Feeling like we are in danger of being in that position again here without any quality O mind.

I will be looking at their run game. We need to stop that.

Absolutely, think we are vulnerable there also. We’ll face that test to find out.

I never said Tampa had our number LOL. You got that someplace else. All I said was I would rather beat their best vs our best. I would get no satisfaction beating a 1 legged guy in an arse kickin contest even though I still got the trophy. I'm hoping they are at 100% and so are we. Doesn't look like that is the case. I doubt they risk Evans. They need to have him around to with their division so I don't see them rushing him back and this is Godwins first game since last year. Believe they will have Godwin, Sheppard and Egbuka

Dude, we have to stop their run game. All yiu do is mention receivers...why? Is the weather a factor for our pass coverage ... or does it fatigue our defense stopping the run?

We need to contain Irving, White etc....so that our defense doesn't get gassed and keep the game from snowballing on us like last year and the Arizona game at the end of 2023. Im not really worried about Chris Godwin catching 4 or 7 passes... that won't beat us. Irving rushes for 100 and White adds another 50... with the field being 120 degrees like it was last week.. that's a concern. Not Godwin

Yeah.. I like to point out the big picture... the big picture is what matters

Probably context meaning the physical condition of our team at the end of 2023. You seem to always skip that in your life long pursuit of trying to make a case against Siri. You wanted to lose last year so we could fire him...because you don't like Italian people.

"Almost got there" lmao. Just use logic and that's what you can conclude LOL

AJ is a receiver?? Why do you keep mentioning him?? Apples to apples please

Why not? There are many ways to lose games. The Lamb drops for Dullaz (he is a receiver last I checked) Every game consists of the running game and passing game and you can lose ignoring either one. Sure, they will try to dictate the pace of the game. Evans being out for them is a huge loss for sure, but that doesn't mean you ignore the other 2. Both are capable of burning you. IDK if Godwin has 7 targets and 4 are TD's that could be a problem? This will be his first game back so I'm not expecting him to be that sharp, still I can't take that for granted. Mayfield isn't afraid to let it loose, so he can also be picked off, so I hope that's how it goes

He wanted higher draft picks and predicted 10 wins. Who has the best coaching record in Eagles history? I don't care that he has no style points, he wins games. That's Siri's job

Their Ws are worth 1 ... unless the Ws are against us and they are in the NFC.

All that matters at the end is who has the most W's

SO if we lost to say the Wuss they aren't up on us 1-0?

Because the Tampa game plan vs Hurts was press the outside WRs and rush 6. They didn't do that the game AJ played. He completely changes the defensive strategy for them.

We didn't lose to Tampa because of their WRs...none of them have that impact like the running game in that 120 degree field temp

Because if Godwin catches 4 or 7 passes....and we stop their run game...it's not going to matter.

Bingo... as Ham said... we need to stop their run game. Especially without Evans

Except when two teams have the same number of Ws and are in the same Division or Conference.
