That’s been the obstacle. Those two young coaches needed to be developed. Did you miss what happened just last season? We bring in just a qualified level O mind on Moore…and boom all of the sudden it proved it wasn’t Hurts couldn’t do any of it…he did it all.

Last season we won the SB, Hurts proved you,and others, wrong by doing all those things you still are saying he couldn’t do. All just from hiring a guy actually qualified as an X and O instructor.

I’m trying real hard to just be optimistic that we are developing Siri here. Have we given him all he’s needed so far? Can he flourish more on his own merits going forward?  

  To me this will be the Dynasty Tsunami takeover for us…if we have developed Siri onto the O mind running a quality O(gameplan, playcall, scheme, adjustments)
