Every single item you mentioned here is because of the fans. Not sure how you are missing this essential driving force.

You are confusing fans with audience share. Eagles fans are less than 2% of the total NFL audience, and arguably no more than 50% of the total audience are even fans of the game. They are attending a social event rather than actually paying attention to the game. Next time you go to a party that is on game day count the number of people who are gathered around the screen watching and then count the number o people who are not.

As I said, you have blinders on and think narrowly.

That happens when you have an agenda.

Why would Gatorade pay what they pay while supplying products free like they do to teams? What is their business model based on? Key here is BUSINESS. All about the fans.

No. All about the consumers. When advertisers are advertising they care about market influencers. They couldn't care less if those market influencers are fans. Nike has made a fortune from selling sneakers to people who have never watched an NBA game.

You believe Fox pays that same money if only ten fans are watching?

They don't care if the people watching are fans. They only care about the number of eyes that are seeing the commercials. Those eyes can be from spouses, from non-fans who are enjoying being with their friends, etc. All they care about is eyes. Whether those eyes have passion for the actual game is irrelevant to them.

You do know what the derivation of the word "fan" is don't you? It is short for "fanatic." When you think basck on the last Super Bowl party you went to, what proportion of the attendees were fanatical about the actual game being played?

If it dropped down to only ten thousand Philly Eagles fans….do you actually believe there would be a Philly Eagles?

I guess I need to repeat this question then

It is a meaningless rhetorical question ... hypothetical in the extreme.

What do you think the probability of that happening are? What odds would Las Vegas assign to that prop?

You are practicing mental m a s t u r b a t i o n ... and with no mastery of it to boot.

You are practicing mental ****ion.

Because it hasn’t happened plenty? That Oakland team looked great this season didn’t they?

How about that St Louis juggernaut in the NFL?

How are the Las Vegas Locomotives doing?

How are the Las Vegas Posse doing?

How about the Las Vegas Outlaws?

Guess I need to repeat this question then. Not really…because you can’t answer it directly knowing you got smoked!!

Delay of game on a field goal is just terrible.

Are you still rooting for the Baltimore Colts?

Was that last hit to Allen’s head legal. He was down.

I see "Preparation H", the 9ers fan, predicted we lose at home LOL. A sad commentary. If we lose it will because of lack of leadership by his "leader". Seems redundant? As a fan I have to believe we win every PLAYOFF game. Of course that may not happen. I would rather predict a win and lose than be right on a spread sheet. I am fine predicting a loss here or there in regular season, but at playoff time you either believe or you don't. If you don't, go root for someone else

You know the Niners are looking to take Hurts out at all costs today. Cannot be slack protecting our leader!

Sad that was going to be my original prediction

The Raiders team still exists. It didn't go away, and its fans are still Raiders fans here in Northern California.

Again you are seeing things with blinders on and thinking narrowly.

You can do better.
