I like Fred Johnson and I don’t disagree with what he’s saying here… But he can’t be a starter on this team if we want to contend. He’s serviceable and he’s a really really good back up. And to be fair he is probably better than a number of OT starters in the NFL so he deserves to start. But not here. Not on an OL that wants to be one of the best in the NFL.

Kind of crazy how McDermott was wanted out so badly when he was our DC only to become one of the better coaches in the NFL.

Think the Raiders should strongly pursue him think he would be great at building a winning culture for that organization.

With so many coaching positions open, looking at just OC and not HC could be costing us some opportunities. If Siri really did recommend the last 2 OC's, I have to question how much that cost this team, at this time with the players we've had. I simply don't value what he brings ( or took away ) to this team.
